Husband is from Xiangyang. We often go back to Xiangyang, but this is the first time I have lived in Nanhu for the whole season. The hotel parking lot is parked in the underground garage. There are friends who come to stay. You can drive directly from the west gate of the parking lot. Turn right and see the all-season sign. (Don't thank me, my name is Lei Feng!) After the front desk clerk checked in, he told us the location of the breakfast and the location of the laundry room. At first, he didn't care about the twin room. Later, the front desk lady gave us a free bed room. I had to praise the service attitude. It was really super good. The room is clean and hygienic, the room is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the fried taste is good, the taste of eating at home, the lunch is late at home, the front desk also gives free late check-out, very good, next time I return to Xiangyang to live

住過這麼多全季，這家服務是最差的，明明訂房的時候有水果，每次都得問前台才給，有時乾脆不給，前台還説要鉑金才送，訂單上明明有寫，開房的時候都不看訂單的嗎，每週出差都有去住，都住快大半年了，前台每次去住的時候，都像不認識一樣的，和別的全季比，服務差了不是一點半點，有時候去住的時候，行李較多，明明前台和工作人員看到了，也沒人幫開門，就看着客人，一邊推行李，一邊用背揹着去開門，有時候落了東西在酒店，也從來不主動打電話給客人，都是客人打電話主動去問才説，有時候打前台電話壓根打不通。真不知道這酒店是怎麼管理和培訓服務員的
