I was very disappointed. flies in the room and smelly, the music noise from the neighbor bar was too loud and continue until 2:00 a.m. it is very hard to rest.

During my check up I have bad experiences. The counter lady does not explain why I need to wait for her to check the room before I can leave. She just said wait. I do not understand and I want to walk away and she raise her voice and tell me wait. I’m not happy with such service standard in a Japanese culture hotel where details explaination will be explained for what we are expected. Hope this can help you better service in future. Last step is most upset that I feel I don’t enjoy the hotel at all.

Come visit just for relaxing and use the onsen. The location us quite pretty good also can get the good japanese restaurant nearby.

It is a Japanese hotel chain. Breakfast is a bento-like set, delicious. In the evening there is ramen. The hotel has rooms similar to Japanese hotel rooms. Downstairs there is an onsen separated for men and women, and there are massage chairs. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Japanese people come in. We come to stay a lot as executives to play golf.

The room is very clean. Across the street is a liquor store. and many restaurants But the bathroom may be a bit small for us.

Depending on the room, the live music from the nearby bar can be quite loud at night. I requested a room on a higher floor, preferably in the back, not facing the road, but was shown to a room on the opposite side. Well, maybe there were no vacant rooms. By the way, it's too noisy to sleep in a room on a lower floor facing the road until 1:30 or 2am. In summary, if you don't mind the noise, the reception staff can speak Japanese, so I recommend it. The toilet is a normal washlet, so I don't think it's a problem. The rooms are also quite clean. However, unless you fall asleep very easily, I don't think you'll be able to sleep at night in a room on a lower floor facing the road. That being said, I don't know if it's not noisy in a room on a higher floor? It's really surprisingly noisy at night.
