We were there on the last week of school holidays. It was full house during the check in time. We wait almost 1 hour to get our room. But it worth the wait. We book family room with sea view. Got 1 super king bed and 1 bunk bed and also 4 breakfast. The＞ staff there was super friendly. And all the facilities are working. Very big swimming pool and they got private beach also. So 2 days 1 night trip is not enough. But there's is 1 thing that we wish the change, which is they should let the food rider to come and drop the food at the lobby. We have to walk 15min to tje guard fo pick uo our food. But all in all, everyone is happy and will come back again next time.

nice hotel to stay for couple days.Bilik besar Gila! Love sgt.. (kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. First thing first.. the lift is too small and old, the lift can fit around 3-5 person only at one time. On the first night, the lift is not functioning and we need to take the stairs to level 3, together with our baby inside the stroller. Pity my husband. The management should change/upgrade the lift due to safety reason. When I enter the room, it's quite a disappointment. The bed sheet was dusty and smelly. TV got 3-4 channel but not in a good coverage. The floor tile were super cold and there's no slippers provided. Toilet was okay okay la. Apart from that, the room is quite big. The balcony facing the beach and during sunset, you can enjoy the view from your room. Breakfast is so-so, food only available for breakfast and the nearest Malay stall around 10-15 mins from the hotel. Do bring your own food. Other than the room, they provide a big swimming pool. If you bring kids with you, please make sure they are under your supervision as their swimming pool quite deep for adult. The front desk staff was friendly, and there's one male staff/manager help us with our bags since we got baby together, he suggest a good place to visits and share his experience and always ask for our feedback. There's a beach behind the hotel but its not for swim as its not really clean. For relax/sunbathing, yes. Overall, its just an average stay.

We were there on the last week of school holidays. It was full house during the check in time. We wait almost 1 hour to get our room. But it worth the wait. We book family room with sea view. Got 1 super king bed and 1 bunk bed and also 4 breakfast. The＞ staff there was super friendly. And all the facilities are working. Very big swimming pool and they got private beach also. So 2 days 1 night trip is not enough. But there's is 1 thing that we wish the change, which is they should let the food rider to come and drop the food at the lobby. We have to walk 15min to tje guard fo pick uo our food. But all in all, everyone is happy and will come back again next time.

On the first night, the lift is not functioning and we need to take the stairs to level 3, together with our baby inside the stroller. Pity my husband. The management should change/upgrade the lift due to safety reason. When I enter the room, it's quite a disappointment. The bed sheet was dusty and smelly. TV got 3-4 channel but not in a good coverage. The floor tile were super cold and there's no slippers provided. Toilet was okay okay la. Apart from that, the room is quite big. The balcony facing the beach and during sunset, you can enjoy the view from your room. Breakfast is so-so, food only available for breakfast and the nearest Malay stall around 10-15 mins from the hotel. Do bring your own food. Other than the room, they provide a big swimming pool. If you bring kids with you, please make sure they are under your supervision as their swimming pool quite deep for adult. The front desk staff was friendly, and there's one male staff/manager help us with our bags since we got baby together, he suggest a good place to visits and share his experience and always ask for our feedback. There's a beach behind the hotel but its not for swim as its not really clean. For relax/sunbathing, yes. Overall, its just an average stay.

(kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. Agak mengecewakan sbb untuk breakfast hari pertama juga, hanya 2 org yg turun mkn walau pakej untuk 4 org.
