This is a nice hotel, and the location is about a 20-minute walk to the old town. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The service and the staff were nice. Snacks and drinks are okay; however, if you’re someone who prefers high-quality drinks or coffee, this might not meet your expectations. But if you're fine with simple drinks and snacks, it's pretty good. The staff was friendly and they speak English, although not perfectly, they can still assist you with information as needed. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine. The buffet and food were good as well. If you’re looking for something reasonably priced and comfortable, this is a good choice. If you prefer something highly modern or luxurious and can afford it, you might want to consider other options.

Как только я вошел в отель, на стойке регистрации меня встретила очень красивая девушка по имени Ева!Он так помог мне во всем, что чем больше я его терла, тем лучше, что он у меня есть!Леди Чилем в лобби-баре была очень приветлива, она готовила нам отличные коктейли и очень хорошо о нас заботилась, леди Чилем, очень приятно отметить!Хорошо, что я выбрал этот отель, и у меня был отличный отдых со всем, что я выбрал!!

We stayed here in June 2024. Apparently, they have manipulated good reviews because the hotel is just terrible. This is not a 3 or 4-star place, but 1-2 at best. I paid extra for a sea view, but ended up in a room that did not have it, and I argued with the administrator for three days. There are constant issues with hot and cold water. The rooms are dirty. Dirty dishes are left on the floors and nobody cleans them. The towels and curtains are stained, and the bed linens are covered in unpleasant lint. The staff is a whole other issue. Administrator Adnan just yelled at me and was rude when I tried to talk to him. All the staff are extremely rude and make no effort to solve problems. The hotel's beach is literally only about 5 meters wide, and the hotel is not by the sea. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The sunbeds are old.

Don't be misled by the positive comments, the hotel is actually terrible. The photos do not correspond to reality. The room had not been cleaned, there was mold everywhere, the bed was like a brick where you could feel the springs poking through. The small pool was a mess and the water was dirty. The food was nasty. The employees do nothing for you and are very unfriendly. We left in the middle of the night to a top hotel where everything was great! In one word Akdora is a Hell. It's not worth your money and it's certainly not a 3 star hotel.

I had a lot of fun. I was welcomed very well here, the staff was very nice. Amazing drinks at Resula and Cilem. The lady at the reception is Mrs. Havva, very nice, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is well located, everything is close to the beach and the store.
