We booked this hotel for a weeks stay, when we arrived we noticed it looked nothing like the 'AI generated' photos that On the Beach had on their website. The outside of the hotel looked nothing like the photos either, so don't be fooled by them. We were shown a ground floor room which was opposite the hotel public toilets, the room and bathroom were both tiny, no where to put cases down and you could hardly walk around the bed, no safe, however worse than anything was the tiny balcony overlooking a rusting metal fire escape stairs, it was like a prison cell. We went to the reception and asked to be moved, to be told they had no rooms but a larger family room was available the following day at 12. It was now 10pm, they could not offer us hot food but we could have a cold plate, we were shown to the pool bar, it was a brightly lit area, the tables were full of people drinking & smoking, they sat us at a dirty table with a plate of food on it, we did not recognise anything apart from cucumber, we declined to eat and left. That evening we didn't sleep, as we heard the public toilet outside this room all night. The next morning, we asked reception again to move us, they speak very little English, ignored us and went away into an office, after 10 mins or so, someone came out saying there were no rooms left in the hotel. We asked to talk to the manager, he eventually came out and said the hotel was full, however after some deliberation, he said he had one more room, the young lad took us to show us the room, it was smaller than room 103, also on the ground floor and the balcony was looking onto the area where they keep the tables & chairs from dinner stacked high, it was worse than the first one, we declined and I mentioned I would review this on Trip Advisor, the manager then said he had one other room (remember he said the hotel was full earlier) we were shown room 209, this was a normal sized hotel room, however it had no balcony, which we were disappointed with but he said they had no other rooms. We were absolutely shattered, so accepted this room, although it was far from perfect, was not clean, had cigarette burns on seats, generally tatty, no safe, no coat hangers no mini bar and looked nothing like the photos that On the Beach were advertising but we felt we had no choice than to accept, as On the Beach have no resort reps. We reluctantly stayed for the remainder of our holiday and never went back to reception, as didn't see the point as they were not interested in the least. Hotel - this is a Turkish hotel, there were very few other nationalities staying, we were the only Brits. The staff speak very little English and never spoke to us at all. The hotel has a main building with blocks A & B and an annex building which is across the road above the hammam and bazaar area. Rooms - the rooms are nothing like the AI generated photos. They are very small, the bathroom & balconies are both tiny. They do not have a mini bar like advertised, it
