Multiple issues with this stay. Was not told a 100 dollar cash deposit would be required. Room had literal black mold around the top corners of the jetted tub. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never got the deposit back nor did I receive a receipt for said deposit. Spoke to the owner regarding my concerns and was hung up on despite being extremely professional. Terrible customer service and I will never stay at another Quality Inn, I will sleep in my car first.
