Furnishings and carpet appeared to be recently updated. Beds were comfortable. Towels were like new and very thick & absorbent. Room and bathroom were very roomy, not like some where you hardly have a place to stand to open/close the bathroom door. Lighting was very good in the room and bathroom. Night clerk/manager was very pleasant. Very good experience!

Excellent staff!! Clean, quiet, easily accessible without the highway noise, staff is attentive, helpful, and emphatic! Almost stayed at Hampton as it was the same price, but Choice Hotel Rewards is the best hotel reward system by far and have stayed loyal to the brand! This comfort inn was very bit as good as the Hampton & has excellent service!

Nice and comfy hotel. Very clean. My friend and I were on our way home from a trip to Illinois. We were hoping to make Cheyenne, but too tired. Had a great night here. Loved the Mexican restaurant the front desk clerk suggested.

The front desk clerk was so friendly and welcoming after a long days drive from Billings, MT. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. We asked for a first floor room near an entry and the request was accommodated. There are a large number of hotels at this exit. There is also a Wal-Mart and several fast food locations very near the hotel.

This was a very comfortable and quiet hotel. The check in was smooth and we had a nice clean room. The shower was hot with great pressure. The breakfast was typical but satisfying and the hotel was convenient to the highway.

Asked for a first floor room but was advised that only dogs could have the first floor. I asked wasn’t this unfair for folks that didn’t have dogs but wanted the first floor for whatever reason, older, injured, any other reason, etc etc??? Was told by desk clerk that it was the hotel policy,”Sorry.” Other than being refused the first floor, staff and hotel seemed okay.

Enjoyed many updated amenities as wall attached 2 sided (magnified) mirror, updated blow dryer with new style holder, Multi charging ports, very large walk in shower, spacious room. In addition to the usual toiletries was mouthwash and shower cap. Great surprise. Enjoyed this stay.
