Location near to airport T2, hotel got provide pickup and drop off airport ever hours per trip.

1. The hotel restaurant is terrible, we need keep waving hands to get rid of the flies. The service was bad too, we ordered chicken meal which depicted in the menu as juicy chicken leg part but actually served as chicken chest which is too dry to chew, the servant refused to replace for us.
2. The SPA service involve sexual harassment behaviours. No onetime underwear provided and the masseuse suggested sexual touches.

Very recommended for a short stay as it is about 7min from the airport. The only amenity missing would be a Gym.

Nice room, love the restaurant that open 24h, location is good, only 10mins with free shuttle every hour

The hotel room is clean even is a smoking room. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is very near to the airport.

Very clean hotel room and near to airport. Provide shuttle bus transfer from hotel to airport free, very good hotel.

Good services from all hotel staff. They are really friendly. The free shuttle to the airport made life easier when you travel with family. I will definitely stay there again on my transit in surabaya.

Very nice hotel. Close to Juanda International Airport Terminal 2 (8minutes only). Got free shuttle service to the airport every 1 hour. For the king bed, got hidden single bed underneath. The sofa also is big enough for an adult to sleep. Really recommended.

Room very clean.
Got airport transfer starting from 4.00am.
Provide dinner & hi-tea with reasonable price.
Easy to find gojek/indrive since our flight depature at 5.00am.
Airport only 10min from hotel ⭐️⭐️
