Environment: The hotel is not large, but the design and layout are reasonable and warm. The restaurant, massage and swimming pool are all surrounded on the first floor, which is very convenient. The small room we booked is on the first floor. We were worried that it would be noisy, but we didn't feel it at all. The only thing that can be improved is to change the blackout curtains. 
Service: Very thoughtful! All tourist information, car booking, and tour guide can be solved at the front desk, and the car booked is provided by the hotel fleet, so ice water, ice towels, umbrellas and other additional services are also provided during the tour. It's really meticulous.
Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day
A lot of free services are provided within this price, including airport pick-up, massage, laundry, tuk-tuk to the city, and red wine, which is completely worth the money. In this hotel, you can be a hands-off shopkeeper, just wait for the driver to pick you up every day. Even if there is no tour guide, the driver will arrange the route for us, and there is no need to make a strategy.
Disadvantages: The room service is a bit slow, but this is a common problem. The dishes are a bit slow. The taste is okay, which is acceptable when you don't want to go out.

A little paradise in Siem Reap. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, super clean and a little paradise to relax after an exhausting day at the temples. David (the owner) and his team are trying really hard to make the stay as wonderful as possible. Our room was beautiful and clean. The pools are wonderful to relax and swim. The staff is the best hotel staff I have ever had ( friendly, helpful, funny but always keeping the right distance). Every day we got some surprises which we didn’t expect and haven’t had to pay ( cocktails, a massage, a late check out, for free laundry service,….). The best part for us was actually the breakfast. It is not big but they have enough of everything to start a wonderful day with fresh fruit juices, good coffee, bakery things, a egg station, a soup station and of course the smile of the staff!!!
