Staff couldn't have been better, amazing service from checkin to checkout. Housekeeping also epic. Lovely pool but pool bar a little understocked. Room was great, bed was so so comfortable, spacious. Great location near pub street but far enough not to have the noise too late.

The tiny rooftop swimming pool with a bar was very nice. Breakfast and food were good and served at a good price. Staff there were polite and helpful. However, bedsheets and pillow covers had some stain marks and were a bit smelly. It's also suggested to add some hooks or anything in the bathroom for holding clothes for showers.

The service was very good. The two ladies at the front desk were warm and thoughtful. Our special requests were also carefully arranged. You can feel that they really want to satisfy us. You can bring your own food and order drinks to the swimming pool on the rooftop, which is very comfortable. The surrounding area is very quiet, and you can reach Bar Street just around the corner. You may not be able to search for this address when taking a taxi with grab. You can search for Sushi bar Shin across the street. Overall, very satisfied.

A new, comfortable and well-located hotel with pleasant bedding, a clean pool with a bar and everything you need. Competent, responsible and responsive management.

Newly opened facility, potentially excellent, But to date few services, kind and professional staff especially the guys who work at the Skybar. Overall 6/10

Green is full of small flaws for a recent hotel. It is poorly built if you are on the 5th floor you have the swimming pool machinery which means that the heat is borderline unbearable in the stairwell and there are tiger mosquitoes in abundance. The breakfast is very average but at $1 I would say it's OK and not too questionable. There are only a few choices and not great juice, overcooked coffee and a poor pod of tea that has been in its juice for several hours. In the room there are a lot of defects and negative points regarding hygiene and cleanliness. There are defects everywhere and already strange stains on the walls. Broken bathroom door that can't open all the way without hitting the sink cabinet. It's very annoying to put your towel on the dryer behind that door. Little advice: there are sliding doors when there is no space. The staff is super friendly but perhaps too much compared to the quality of the cleaning. The bath towels are awfully thin and of poor quality. The toilets are already not high and the toilet paper is barely fixed at 20cm. the bezel is not fixed which is impossible in a 4* hotel. The air conditioning that flows into the shower at the other end means that without flip-flops you touch a material that you don't want to have even in a 2*. To finish, the swimming pool and life are very good, the staff are really very kind and will try to do their best. It's very decent for the price but not crazy

Clean, spacious rooms with drinking water provided. Staff very friendly and helpful!! Free pick up from bus station in Siem Reap was fantastic. Lovely rooftop pool and bar with a great view of the city. Close to lots of nice restraints and pub street. Would stay again!!

This hotel is nice, Big room and very clean. the location just walk 2 minute from downtown. The swimming pool is big and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. The surrounding hotel have many restaurants and the local foods.I highly recommend this hotel for you.

New hotel in the city center, I booked this hotel for only one night we our trip to Siem reap, the hotel service was good,  spacious room , this hotel stay in good location, clean swimming pool and staff lovely ready to assist you. Definitively highly recommended!
