The reception staff were not the most helpful, the male staff were better. The room was not the cleanest. Rarely any towels or clean towels to use for the pool. The breakfast was awful, ants all over the crossaints, not worth the money. Rarely had any change when you tried to pay for food or drink. We did however book a great trip to the floating village through the hotel, company is called angkor wat travel tour.

There's nothing good beside the location. I stayed here for the 2nd time. I chose it because it impressed me at my first time but the second wasn't. No more! - The room was dirty, my feet got dirty walk around the room. - The facility was old and broken (First impressions the door knob was broken, second light blown out, third bedsheet was torn, 2nd day of my stay they offered old and torn towels, AC making loud noise and the bath shower made me scared to shower, not mentioning the light, or the toilet yet) - Stuff was NOT solution oriented. They asked me to wait outside for a few hours for them to fix those things. I paid full price in advance. I wanted to rest. They are supposed to make things ready before the check-in. They blame each other also not being hospitality oriented. At the check-out, the staff didn't even say sorry for this whole situation 🫠 Anyway this hotel is old, no maintenance. So, choose another hotel.... Don't let your stay be ruined by it.

Love their effort to keep the room bug free with the open designed corridor. Love their heart to make a warm welcome in the room, and try their best to help out our needs. A good combination of cost and quality. Just that its location will require a little extra walk if you prefer to walk to the popular restaurants and shops near the old market.

Good location, near the center. the breakfast was simple if you stay ＞ 3 days. the employee was nice.

I booked this hotel for my school. We facilitated an outreach program at a local charity. The hotel met our needs perfectly. They had rooms to host 4 students per room. This not only fit our program conveniently but also proved to be budget friendly. The hotel had a good breakfast, that included eggs, bacon, veggies, and different breads (both sweet and regular). The hotel pool was clean and very refreshing, the heat in Cambodia can be quite hectic. The hotels location proved perfect for us. It is located a small distance away from the pub street, perhaps 10min with a tuk-tuk. This meant that we did not need to worry about wonders venturing out late at night with the use of a tuk-tuk (which we advised the hotel to be aware of). The hotel was however, conveniently located right next to a South African pub called Ubuntu. The pub had a great menu as well as cold beer, which is ideal after a long day in the heat of Siem Reap. I will be booking this hotel again for the second part of the outreach program.

Air conditioner is broken and request to check up just only take out the filter.

I had a overall fun experience living there for four nights. The room and the bathroom overall is very wide and clean. There are also lots of spaces to put your things. The lighting is also good with so many fancy lightbulbs. However, The main door of the room is glass mirror door, not typical wooden door with doorknobs. There was no elevator since the hotel has only two floors. The water in the swimming pool is not clear enough sometimes. STILL, In the street behind the hotel lays so many adorable restaurants, so it was very nice to dine out. It took around 30 minutes from the hotel to reach ancient temples Overall, I recommend this hotel for your Siam Reap journey.

Located in the center, easy to travel around. The amenities is a bit old, but considering the price I would say this was not bad.
