Very nice hotel, great service, good location, and good food in my opinion. The only downside is that the view from the ground floor terrace is a bit awkward in some rooms. But overall, it's a highly recommendable hotel.

I detest this hotel. In photo looks great, but windows don't close, smells wc from the pipes, mosquito, noise, cockroaches, pipe leaking, not hot water, bathroom light blinking, far from restaurans...I tried to leave but they would not return my 9 day booking money... The restaurant is horrible. I ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, being the only customer I waited 30 min and twice they brang me a wrong sandwich, not grilled, with the rust twice, wet bread, like leftovers for the dog, brown french fries,... same price or more than nice downtown restaurants. And the attide they have. They think their hotel is amazing. Now I am at Green Morodoc garden hotel. A dream hotel for the same money. I detest the Indochine Sanctuary for forcing me to stay there.

Everything was great! Lots of amenities, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was good, and it offered excellent value for money. The restaurant service was also outstanding, with very high-quality food.

Overall a lovely hotel and what makes it were the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the pool. The pool with a pool bar was a great place to cool off after a hot day exploring temples. The room (junior suite) was very good, but not quite 'excellent' since the shower wasn't properly hot and there wasn't quite enough wardrobe space. The location was good, but a bit further away, so we tended to take a tuk tuk which were readily available.
