There’s a fine line between taking care of customers and being a bit intrusive. I felt my every move was watched by staff. Very polite and eager to help; sometimes help is neither needed or desired. Overall, excellent. Best massage I had was at this hotel for same price.

I lived there five years ago, and I felt very good. After the epidemic, I still choose Siem Reap or White Lotus as the first stop. The room is nice, quite big, and the swimming pool is also big. It looks like a small garden from the balcony. Although the door is still unlocked with the old-fashioned key, it does not affect the experience. There are enough plugs and convenient transportation, and it costs 2 dollars to go anywhere. The breakfast is okay, but if you want a hot latte, you will be charged, and the iced latte will be free. Las instalaciones son magníficas, todo está muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. La piscina es enorme, el jardín precioso. Las habitaciones son amplias muy cómodas y con balcón, la nuestra con vista al jardín. Aire acondicionado, agua de cortesía en botellas de vidrio. El desayuno tiene buena variedad, me faltaron solo los jugos de frutas naturales. El personal es fantástico! Muy amables y muy atentos en todo momento. A unos 10-15” del templo. Organizamos con ellos la recogida y llevada al aeropuerto que está a una hora en coche. Tienen, spa, gimnasio, ofrecen paseos, cena y almuerzo, tuctuc a la ciudad. Después de ir al templo a transpirar no hay nada más delicioso que volver a este hotel y poder darte un chapuzón en la piscina.
