A nice hotel in Siem reap ciry

Love the room and the pool. It would be even better if the breakfast and afternoon tea restaurant had air conditioning. Recommended❤️

Very peaceful place

The Wild Luxury Hotel is worthy of its reputation. Time seems to have stood still❤️

Very healing rice fields, beautiful at sunset, the products of the two restaurants are good, better than the online celebrity shops outside. The spa technicians are also good. The attitude of the service staff is very good. If you want to comment, as a resort, there are no free activities. Some courses for yoga and children are charged items, but they are all one-on-one, and the charges are not expensive. The entire swimming pool is 1.4 meters deep, which is not suitable for children. It is best to add inflatable water equipment.

Good environment, good service

The wild luxury ceiling is as beautiful as a painting. The facing windows of the room are all uniquely designed. But the breakfast is average. And it's a bit too primitive. There is no electric mosquito coil in the room, only radar, and you have to get up every night to fight mosquitoes. There is no air conditioner in the breakfast room, only a ceiling fan, and the food is average. The watermelon has been rotten for two consecutive days.

Really great hotel, super suitable for vacation

As mentioned by many other reviewers, it's a lovely well maintained high quality resort in an idyllic location with some of the most friendly staff you can imagine. The rooms are of a very high standard, although the ones we were allocated (06 and 07) had no view of any description. It is sort of pointless to have a very nice porch/balcony when you have nothing to look at - it becomes dead space. So when you pick your room and/or get allocated one, it's worth looking on the map if you want to spent some evening time on the porch. The pool is very nice though and love the view from the infinity pool of the rice paddies. The pool bar staff are also super friendly (special shout out to Lin) and attentive. The restaurant serve very good and tasty food. Why we would not strongly recommend this place over other 5 star places in Siem Reap is for two reasons: 1) For us the novelty of the location wears off and a bit and then you realise you are quite far from most things in Siem Reap vs other high end hotels. And of course there are tuktuks, but everything is just a bit more of a hassle. Nothing this resort can do about that and it's a choice and also about what you want out of a visit 2) The other thing is that simply everything is expensive for what it is - maybe that is the Zannier philosophy to how they create exclusive resorts, but in my view, just because I can afford it, doesn't mean I find it good value for money. The price of the rooms is fair enough given they are of a very high standard, but everything else is more pricey than it needs to be by Cambodian standards and it simply takes the mickey. Tuktuks are more expensive than usual, an evening meal for four in the restaurant for $300 when you can eat & drink for less than $100 in central Siem Reap at good restaurants, cocktails in the bar priced from $16 and well upward (they're good, but we're not in the Elephant bar in the Raffles hotel and the staff are not top rated mixologists working in Western night clubs...) and going up to a Aperol Spritz at $24 (you can pay less than that in a decent bar in London...), ... and the one that tops is to pay $5/liter (!) for filtered tap water in a country where the average GDP per capital is $2,500 per person is simply embarrassing. And yes the resort gives back to the community, but I've been in business long enough to know where most margin ends up... Overall, we had a lovely time and we on balance didn't regret choosing the place. But we wouldn't recommend it highly to friends who would want to stay in Siem Reap or go back here. There clearly is a clientele for this resort and if you don't mind to pay an average Cambodian daily wage for a liter tap water, this is probably the place for you. But if you want a five star resort/hotel in Siem Reap, there are many other options in town that are closer to the temples, in walking distance of Pub street and in our view better value for money.

Absolutely an incredible stay at Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang. We spent 5 nights in a pool villa and did not want to leave. The accommodations are luxurious. A comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom amenities, plenty of closet space, and you can literally walk a few steps out of your villa into your own private pool. Which felt amazing at pretty much any time of day. The location is also amazing. It is an oasis of tranquility and the grounds are impeccably kept. We thought we were on a movie set at times with lush rice paddies and water buffalo roaming about. The staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met. Our server recommended that I try the local breakfast dishes. I wasn't sure which one to have one morning. So she had the chef prepare a sampler of each. They were all very delicious. One recommendation is if you need clothes to be laundered, it is much less expensive to have them laundered in town where the going rate is around $5USD/kilo. Otherwise all other services are inline with what you would pay at a luxury resort. We were pampered in every regard. It was a splurge, but well worth it. If we return to Siem Reap, we will definitely stay at Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang.
