Great Hotel and amenities.
I would just like to point out staff is so servile that sometimes it gets awkward/uncomfortable for the customer. Should train the staff in a different way.

Good :
1. the best location(city center, walking distance from the old market),
2. clean and spacious rooms
3. nice cafe and restaurant (+ good breakfast)
4. kind staff
Bad :
Street noise, but no big deal

One of my favourite hotel in Siem Reap for its central location, cleanliness, service, pool and gym.
Everything is at walking distance.
It’s not very noisy at night as it’s in a quieter area.
The breakfast is good with a variety of food that changes daily for most of it.

Friendly service staff. Joined the Masterchef cooking class offered by the hotel and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Chef speaks reasonably good English and they helped to make many nice photos throughout the class. Room was comfortable and spacious. If I have to pick on something, they probably need to change the in room hairdryer.
