The off-season price was really good value for money, and the staff were kind and helpful. I loved the hotel's pool the most; you could walk right in from the room, and I spent most of my time there every day. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious… I would gladly recommend this hotel if any friends ask.

Staying on the second floor with no elevator meant carrying our own luggage up, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The whole place is very large. There might have been some event on Saturday night, as music started playing by the pool at 9 PM, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very quiet, and my family was very satisfied with their stay. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and they were especially warm and welcoming.

The room itself was quite spacious, but the service needs improvement. We had to wait until 3 PM for our room – first, they said the previous guests hadn't checked out, then that the air conditioning was broken. There was no compensation offered beyond an apology. The sofa on the balcony outside the room wasn't cleaned in a timely manner either. The overall facilities are a bit dated, but considering the price, it's acceptable. The breakfast quality was decent, but there were many flies buzzing around the restaurant, which detracted from the experience.
