Great experience. Staffs were courteous, helpful and polite. Only 10 mins from Pub Street by Tuk Tuk. Rooms were airy and large.

If it is just an affordable "overnight habitat", it will barely pass. But if you have certain requirements for the quality, space or quietness of the accommodation, you may feel a little disappointed. It is suggested that the hotel can put more effort into detailed maintenance and sound insulation.

The hotel is very nice designed, with great location! 5 min from the old market and pub street.
The staff were very nice and helpful in any time i needed.
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable mattress.
One thing is that the toilet sit was smaller that the toilet size and it was a little not comfortable.
And in the shower the upper head shower was very old and rusty, and there was no adjustable head shower.
Over all i will definitely recommend going there!

This was our first time in Cambodia and people here are amazing, in particular in Ladear hotel.
The staff is amazing. They are very welcoming, friendly, always smiling, meeting and greeting you in lobby. We are very glad that we chose this place for our first stay.
Breakfasts are tasty with good coffee and fruit. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The territory of the hotel is very cosy and hidden from noisy streets.
Thank one more time to all the staff of the hotel for making our stay so pleasant and positive!

-Not have signal wifiThe staff just informs me to turn the phone on and off and I'll take a look tomorrow.
-2 people staying, 1 small bottle of water provided.

We came across a few issues that could bring this hotel rating down to 1/10. Bed was comfy but we found a dead cockroach underneath the closet. Bloodstains on the bed sheet, the toilet was smelly. The towel was stained with makeup. And lastly, the dirty swimming pool. You can even see the bacteria floating around.

Well,staff very nice and really working hard,trying make stay in the hotel comfortable,but it’s not enough,hotel really needs refurbishment,some of facilities really old.
