The room is large, with an extra-large bathtub, elegant environment, good service, average breakfast, and great value for money. Some services in the order were not implemented, but the customer service tried their best to help me get them and gave me compensation.

A beautiful hotel well deserving of its 5-star rating. Check in was quick and a cold towel and fruit tea were served. Beautiful pool (though it can get crowded), and extremely huge room with a great view of the property. The bathroom was gigantic - the tub could easily a few people in it. Note that in order to control the AC, you have to bring the remote close to the central control (near the door).
Breakfast had a wide selection of food with an egg station and was extremely delicious. I had dinner twice at the restaurant, and each time the food did not disappointment.
The pool bar has happy hour promotions from 6-7pm, although it closes by 8pm.
The best asset about this place would be their guest-facing staff. Always smiling, greeting, and remembering every single guest by name. Everyone spoke very good English and always showed interest in guests, anticipating their needs. They also packed breakfast for guests going on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Special shoutout to Andy and Jenny for taking care of me so well.
My only critique would be that housekeeping could have been a bit more meticulous.

The room is spacious. There is a free tuk-tuk bus to the city, which is very convenient. The breakfast service is also very good.
There are two points about the facilities: the hair dryer does not work well and there is no charger by the bedside.

This was our second time choosing this hotel. Caring and attentive staff who arranged transfers from/to the airport. We had various massages every day at a reasonable price. Very tasty food, but keep in mind that the portions are large and beef is not their main dish) in general, we would not order dishes with beef, but the spring rolls are simply magnificent. We did not use the pool and its presence did not allow us to relax because of a Chinese family with a large number of children who started swimming at seven in the morning, making a huge amount of noise. However (!) the next day, according to Asian wisdom, the hotel staff cleaned the bottom of the pool in the morning, thereby depriving them of the opportunity to repeat their morning swim))) The shower switch from the top to the shower head did not work at all. The toilet in the lobby did not work, while in the toilet near the restaurant the toilet did not flush. Please pay attention to the plumbing. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends if they travel to Siem Reap.
