The hotel was ok, the staffs were friendly, patient, and ready to support you, and the room was clean and gorgeous. I love the feeling when I have breakfast beside the pool, which has a tropical style. But there was a problem with my payment. I had already paid all my room fees with trip.com before the day I arrived at the hotel. After that, trip.com contacted me and informed me that I had to pay an extra cost of about 20 USD (and they would cover this fee). It was not a problem until I arrived at the hotel, and the receptionist informed me that I had to pay 99 USD. After contacting the supporter of trip.com, they told me that I had to pay the fee first and would refund me later. After all, It was a terrible experience. We were exhausted then but still needed to solve this problem before checking in and relaxing.

The hotel is well decorated, the restaurant is good, and there is a barbecue night market opposite. The only drawback is that you need to go up ten flights of steps from the lobby to the elevator. It is not very convenient to climb the stairs with luggage when checking in.

The air conditioner in the room is poor, the lock is still the key, and you can’t take it out with you. At the same time, their doors and windows don’t have locks, and they can’t be locked (we live on the fourth floor). It’s not safe to sleep at night. The air conditioner can’t cool down for a long time, the effect is not good, and the service is rigid , The attitude is good, but it can't solve the practical problems, the facilities are old, the swimming pool area will not exceed 30 square meters (😓), the management is chaotic, and we have to find the location by ourselves when parking, no one directs, and there are not enough parking spaces. In short, the price/performance ratio is very low. There is breakfast, there is nothing to eat at all, especially the food that Chinese people should not be used to. I actually drank broken pure milk for breakfast here, and I have to go outside to buy eggs if I want a fried egg. I am really speechless 😱 😱

We think that it is perfect for hotel. Correspondence of front desk was very polite, too. One thing that bothered me was that the battery in the security box was dead, so I asked for a new battery, but the battery never arrived and I couldn't use the security box. I guess they were saying, "Trust us," but I was still uneasy. There were two pools, one on the first floor and one on the roof. Because there were many mosquitoes on the first floor, we recommend the rooftop pool. Because it is a little far from the downtown area, it is necessary to arrange a tuk-tuk with Grab. It was about 1 to 1.5 dollars to Pub Street. Anyway, the staff's correspondence was pleasant, and thanks to that, my trip to Cambodia became a very good memory. thank you very much.

The service at the front desk is very good. It's very convenient to eat. There is a hot pot in the hotel, and there is a self-service barbecue opposite. The only bad thing is that the sheets don't seem to have been changed. There are blood stains and black spots on the sheets. Same blood.

We loved this hotel. It had a vintage vibe and was staffed by an eager and enthusiastic young staff. They are all learning the trade and doing an excellent job. The hotel gives back to the community which is admirable in today’s world. I especially liked the pool on the main floor. It was like being in a private oasis. It was wonderful to connect with young Cambodians and experience some of their passion for their trade and their country. My son and his wife stayed here a year ago. It seems to appeal to young people but we never experienced any disturbances from them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Cyclo Boutique Hotel’s location on Avenue Charles de Gaulle between Angkor Wat and downtown Siem Reap is tough to beat. We walked to and from town, and were only a five minute ride to the temples. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a fabulous rooftop swimming pool. Sarath at the front desk and all of his colleagues are especially friendly and hospitable. We highly recommend the Cyclo.

The people are so nice here and the room condition is really great. I am happy with what I am paying for my stay because I am getting a wonderful service! Especially, the front desk receptionist Piseth Say helped me so much! I really want to thank him. 👍👍

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel with very friendly staff. We arranged local tuk tuk tours of Angkor region with the hotel and it was handled very well at a reasonable price. Hot showers anytime of the day. Room was spacious, clean and quite lovely. Hotel has laundry service and breakfast options. Tuk tuk drivers are usually hanging outside by the street so it’s quite easy to get to places. Siem Reap airport is about 25 mins away by tuk tuk and the hotel provided free pick up. Hotel to pub street will cost around $2 one way and takes less than 10 mins by tuk tuk Hotel to airport by tuk tuk costs $7-$10. Free breakfast (if included in your price) at the hotel may be a la carte or buffet depending on the number of occupants at the hotel for that day. If you are a vegetarian the breakfast are very limited. If I may offer suggestion to hotel staff I would ask them to add some more vegetarian breakfast options. Thank you Sarath for making our stay a lovely experience. You provided a high quality service. Your kindness and warm hospitality made us love Cambodia and it’s people even more. I highly recommend staying here and would certainly do so when I visit it again in future.

The staffs were very kind and friendly. Some restaurants they recommended to go were all nice.I had an issue with turning on the refrigerator, but a staff handled the job and fixed it quickly. The shower room is a little bit small.

Beautiful boutique hotel with 2 swimming pools for the kids, but a bit outdated. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Breakfast was very basic and if you came a little later (after 8am) the choice was very limited. Close to Angkor Wat which is a plus.
