Bunwin Hotel is beautiful! When we arrived we were amazing how pretty the hotel, pool and rooms are. The staff (except one man, that was not always around) spoke very badly English (not understanding), which made the service not so good, unfortunately. The breakfast is basic, but the prices for other food and drinks are very high, so we didn't try. The location is fine, a bit outside of the center. I wouldn't come back because of the service, otherwise it would've been a better stay.

The staff is very accommodating. What is a little difficult is that most of them don't speak English, so communication sometimes takes place using gestures. The accommodation is beautiful and only about 2 km from Pub Street.

Due to visa reasons, I temporarily stayed in Siem Reap for an extra day and booked this hotel. The surrounding environment is average and the room facilities are relatively simple. Apart from toilet paper, there are no other paper towels. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip provided breakfast as a gift, but the hotel said it didn’t have it. The horrible thing happened at about two o'clock in the morning. Someone actually used a key to open our door (the house was locked). When I was awakened by the sound of the door opening, I yelled at the door who it was! I only heard a male voice say sorry, sorry twice, and then left. This hotel uses keys instead of room cards, and the safety buckle is useless. I am so frightened that I dare not sleep again. I remind everyone to be careful when going out.

This boutique hotel is stunning and has a beautiful pool area. The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful! In particular the manager, Thy, went above and beyond and delivered exemplary customer service to ensure the stay was truly memorable!

A wonderful experience, to get there you are a little disconcerted when you see that it is a dirt road, but as soon as you enter the hotel, it is as if you were in a movie, it is like an oasis, surrounded by nature, with rooms that They look like lofts, huge, even with a bathtub in the room, impressive. A hotel with few rooms, a little out of the way but with the possibility of reaching the center by means of transport. Breakfast was a bit poor. Spectacular room, it looked like a loft, even with a bathtub in the room, straight out of a movie. Swimming pool, all surrounded by vegetation. Precious. Totally recommended 👌. The hotel was amazing, only 11 rooms, and during my entire stay there I got the impression that I was vacationing alone. Beautiful green area, great swimming pool, huge spacious room with a bathroom right inside. Thanks to the staff - they checked me in earlier than expected, helped me pay for the tuk tuk and allowed me to leave my things between check-out and the flight. What could be improved - I was not met in the morning from the bus station (and the transfer was indicated when booking), Wi-Fi was weak, there were no shampoos, towels or other accessories, I always had to ask for room cleaning, the staff did not immediately clear the plates on the premises after breakfast, I often had to go and look for staff when questions arose. But, overall, the impressions were excellent, and I would definitely come the second time.
