Close to the pub street 08, this hotel offered me a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast and a swimming pool. It's good for a large group of tourists such as familiy travellers or businesses. They have a full service I would say.
The bathroom was excellent with sanitary compared to other accommodations in Cambodia.

It’s a good place for a short stay. The hosts are good. They try their best to keep the place clean. Has space to relax. For the price they charge , it’s good. Just 10 minutes walk to pub street and so many restaurants and food outlets. The pool was also clean.

The place was terrible. We stayed one night put of the 5 and they refused to give us a refund as we checked out early. The towels had blood stains. We asked for clean towels and just received dirty towels again. The aircon flap was broken so the wind was blowing on us the whole night. The TV did not work and the mattress was so bad, my husband and I rolled to the middle of the bed the whole night. We did not have proper bedding and the bedding was stained. The only thing that was good was the location and the breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated, but perfectly fine for a couple of days. For breakfast, you only get a roll and eggs (scrambled, omelet, etc.). The pool is clean.

Excellent breakfast included in the price. The hotel is great value for money and has a pool. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant: we had a problem with the van taking us to our bus and they sorted it out for us. Highly recommended for a 2-3 day stay in Siem Reap.
