Would be good to have more light inside the room.

Serene hotel setting located in a peaceful and quiet area and yet walkable to pub street (about 18-20 mins walk). Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast (choice of American, Thai fried rice/noodles, pancakes or yoghurt+cereals Clean room, bathroom and linens. Room and bathroom are spacious!

A great, quiet little place, far enough away from the city to make it peaceful, yet only 2-3 minutes away in a tuktuk. Wonderful staff that were super friendly and did their very best to be supportive ❤️ 🙏 The room was adequate and fitting of its price point, and it was well cleaned 👌 However, the lovely staff could have been trained a lot more thoroughly, which I aim only towards the management. The pool could have been cleaned more often and its condition kept us from using it. Despite all of this, I do actually recommend

They've upgrade us to suite room without any charge and offer early check in for us. The breakfast is nice and quite place to relax. The room we got have a separate toilet and shower. we do love the bathtub and the design. We definitely comeback to this place . - Swimming pool are good. - large area to park the car. - Good Location, easy to find.

Good service

A good, clean hotel far from noisy streets, but nearby there are small shops and a small restaurant. There is also a restaurant and a fruit bar on site, but more expensive than on the street. The room is large, with a wide bed, a refrigerator, a tea set and other furniture. The downside is that there is no separate removable shower in the bathroom; it’s inconvenient to wash yourself. The staff is polite and all speak English.

SHOCKING ROOM CONDITIONS. Leaky roof in bathroom. Dirty walls, Hotel Unclean and pool full of leaves. MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE IN ROOMS AND TERRIBLE SMELL MADE MY MOTHER I'LL. TERRIBLE MANAGER Attitude prompted my family to pack bags and leave immediately after 30minutes. Manager tried to swindle my wife and called her a liar!

Great location easy walk tomain areas. Rooms were clean and spacious. Kettle,fridge and safe in the room. Staff were very helpful as well. The swimming pool is good,clean and nice area to sit. Quiet rooms and area. Breakfast was ok, bit limited and not big servings. Coffee very strong and wouldn't be to everyone's taste. Overall a pleasant stay. Helped organise tuk tuk to airport as well.

Enjoyed our stay here - loved the pool, huge rooms, good choice for breakfast, cheap cocktails and friendly staff. I agree with others that it could benefit mosquito nets in the rooms - I got the most bites I'd got in 2 months in Asia here. Also bathroom was not the cleanest but the rest of the room was fine.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Especially given the price, the hotel is worth every cent. The rooms were extremely well kept and beautiful. The pool area was beautiful and warm. The included breakfast was delicious. The hotel's tuktuk driver Pov, was also a wonderful and helpful driver who got us where we planned on time. Even when he had flat tire he quickly got us a new tuktuk while he fixed the tire.

Highly, Recommend to this boutique hotel. the breakfast really good and tasty. The garden is so Cool and beautiful. Swimming Pool is really great after the Trip. I love the ways they treat us like their family. They offer me a late check out after the Trip and take me back to the bus station. sorry, that I can’t make an extend because of my emergency work at Phnom Penh. Will make another Booking on next months with my family.

i stay 2 nights at this hotel its totally amazing. the hotel give us a free cold towel and drink while we checkingi in. room is big with many facilities. swimming pool is great and wonderful.american breakfast is great and lovely. highly recommend this hotel.

Positioned in Wat Bo area, this little oasis does not disappoint. A beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, friendly and pleasant staff, a very good breakfast, both Western and Asian. All rooms by the pool, well structured internally and with everything you need. Definitely an excellent choice.
