Just perfect, from A to Z. The kind of hotel you would recommend to anyone and the kind of hotel you would come back with no hesitation. Beside the great infrastructure, the staff is just so professional and so kind. They are full of great advise, they anticipate your needs, they go the extra miles. The restaurant (we experienced breakfast and dinner) is delicious. Everything is home made (jam, sorbet,…), tasty, well seasoned. Rare to mention, we haven’t been able to find any downside. Last but not least, price are reasonable for this level of comfort and this level of service. In a nutshell, we highly recommend this boutique luxury hotel (only 25+ rooms), a true hidden gem.

This hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.

An amazing stay! The staff was incredibly attentive to every detail, making my experience truly delightful. The hotel restaurant offered a delicious array of dishes, skillfully blending local and international flavors. I highly recommend the Angkor Wat tour organized by the hotel – it was truly outstanding!

A nice balcony with greenery overlooking the pool area and rather active neighborhood a little bit further away from the main town area. Catch a ride or they will try to catch you.

The hotel is super new to me, modern types of hotel. Recommend for couple

Quiet and clean. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly, so I felt good throughout my trip. They helped me check out the lounge, so I was able to rest comfortably before departure. suggestion.

Overall, very satisfied with the hotel The front desk service is very good. Although there were geckos visiting during the two nights of stay, it was dealt with immediately! And because of this matter, I have been explaining to us that I am sorry, because the vegetation in the hotel is very lush, so it is understandable! Flaws do not hide their merits! recommend! ! !

I went to Cambodia for the first time. I didn’t know that Angkor Wat and Phnom Penh were thousands of miles away, and I didn’t know that this place was in Angkor Wat, so I made a mistake, but I couldn’t return it, even after discussing it.

Remember to buy electric mosquito coils when staying in this hotel. There are too many mosquitoes in the room, but it is very close to the Grand Palace. I ordered breakfast but left after 4 o’clock. I told the hotel that the hotel packed eggs and all the bread for us the next day.

We were so looking forward to staying at this boutique hotel after watching online videos. Unfortunately the reality did not live up to hype. We stayed in a pool access room which was quite dark and lacked any drawer space at all. There was a small ladder to enter the pool from the terrace of the room but there was no handrail which made it very difficult to especially get out. (I would suggest the manager gives it a try before she replies to this comment). The "freeflow" breakfast buffet was the poorest we have ever experienced on our travels. Fruit, cereal, pastries and a few olives and lettuce does not make a buffet. On our 5 night stay we only had a choice of either pineapple or watermelon juice every morning. The cooked options were very average. The rooftop bar was deserted and we only staff put out cushions etc on our last day there. No drinks service around the pool area. The staff were all very pleasant but seemed to lack managerial direction. We have stayed at several amazing boutique hotels in Siem Reap but this certainly wasn't one of them.

We (two adults and two teenage kids) spent four wonderful nights at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Stylish and perfectly equipped rooms, a terrific swimming pool, first class service by everyone working their, and a great restaurant - with a splendid breakfast buffet, and a rich and diverse menu for lunch or dinner. During the first two nights, we were disturbed by a nearby disco (or similar establishment), but this was not the fault of the hotel. It is true that the hotel is quite far away from the city center (and its day and night markets), but with a Tuktuk you are still getting there, for three dollars, with a 10-minute ride. Giving five stars to this hotel, on all possible accounts, is the unanimous decision of my whole family - with no dissenting views. ;-)

Very nice place. We stayed three nights in Siem reap at this beautiful hotel. Very nice design and decor but the best part is the service and the team. Breakfast is very nice as well as the bar and restaurant. Highly suggested and perfect for families.
