Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Near to the center, but quite and peaceful. Breakfast could be better, but still o.k. very nice and relaxing pool.

Not a bad experience. Wi-Fi isn’t super great but otherwise a nice hotel. No gym.

It seemed to be the best value for money. Breakfast was poor, but everything else was good and the pool seemed to be well maintained. Anyway, it was good. Good value for money!

Not a bad hotel near the street of bars and market. There is a swimming pool, but the water in it is always cold. Breakfast is meager and not very tasty. Don't rely on WiFi. There is no speed at all. It's easier to buy a SIM card.

The environment of the hotel is good. It is very close to the old market. It takes less than five minutes to walk there. There are many kinds of food around the hotel, and the prices are also high, medium and low. The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator. I live on the third floor and climb Angkor every day. It is really painful to go back to the hotel and go upstairs and downstairs!

My wife and I are digital nomads, and the King Rock was a great location for work and play. Plenty of cafes with great WiFi (Brown along the river was a great work option and only a 10-minute walk or 3 minute tuk-tuk away). The room was large, the bed extremely comfortable with a topper for a cushy night's sleep. Breakfast buffet had decent hot and cold options and it varied from day to day. We did have a minor issue with our AC, but the staff immediately repaired it within an hour. Speaking of the staff, it is a definite highlight of the King Rock Residence & Boutique Hotel. Very attentive, always smiling and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it from 8 nights to 10. Highly recommend because of the staff. There is a spa on premise and beautiful pool complete with pool bar. It's an easy 5-7 minute walk to the market and Pub Street. Highly recommend.

What a lovely hotel. Perfectly located a short 2 minute walk from the centre of town. Breakfast was excellent, the service impeccable. I had a fishpond and a bath in the courtyard of my room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have wished for a better base to visit beautiful Siem Reap and Angkor Watt.

A picturesque hotel with a natural vibe but not as luxurious as one would expect from the photos. Disappointingly, the ‘hot tub’ included in the room is just an outside bathtub which was covered in dust and too dirty to use. The rest of the room was okay and functional but I’d recommend an upstairs room if you’re at all worried about geckos/frogs/roaches. The cleaning staff left the room unlocked two out of the four days stay after servicing which is a major security concern and quite negligent. Breakfast was average, the fruit and milk they served was warm which isn’t great from a food hygiene perspective. Location is very good as you can walk to the town centre/pub street and there’s some good restaurants nearby too. Overall the value for money is okay but there’s many things to improve on.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at King Rock Hotel. We stayed for 2 days. The location of the hotel is very strategic esp for tourist. It is about a few hundred metres from pubstreet. Staff are very kind and accomodating. They were very helpful in arranging a scooter for our city tour and also transportation back to airport. Food was good. Room and facilites provided were excellent. Only need to improve on wifi speed. All in all, it was a comfortable stay. Will definitely come again.

On arrival the hotel looks good and the main reception has a real good vibe about it. Check in was quick and efficient, and the staff at all times were freidnly and helpful. I had a room at the top floor, they offered to carry my bags however I refused. The room itself was clean , spacious and had a good view. Some slight negatives with the room was the front door didn't fit to the floor there was a couple of inches gap, what as someone scared of bugs ect made me a tad nervous! *( only saw 1 gecko ) ! Second slight negative was the breakfast, I thought it lacked quantity and quality, for my liking. Overall the hotel was clean, good location, good staff and a few little changes would be amazing rather than very good! I would stay here again happily.

Fantastic value for money. Amazing stay close to Pub Street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They packed our breakfast for our sunrise excursion and assisted with anything we needed. We enjoyed the Spa and had a massage, in one word, Fantastic!!
