Wifi problems that would disconnect multiple times every single day I stayed, could not be fixed all week is ridiculous and ruined my work and my stay. Their solution was to call to reset their routers. Not acceptable for a hotel that is listed as 5 stars, hence the low rating and for the uncaring management.

All the staff were friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is beautiful, with lots of art and even a bathtub.
The iced chocolate and lemon tea we had with the drink service at breakfast were delicious. The room service is also delicious, so I recommend it.
The pool is deep enough for small children, so we enjoyed it almost every day.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near Pub Street, Night Market, Old Market, many restaurants, about 40 minutes' drive from the airport. The room is large with balcony, clean, polite staff, good English, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop but I didn't use it. This hotel is the tallest building in the area, you can see the scenery of downtown Siem Reap and the sunset from the rooftop. The breakfast selection is OK.

Very satisfied! Excellent location, large room, new facilities. A rich breakfast with white porridge, sausages and salted duck eggs, great! The rooftop swimming pool is also great. The local palm fruit is sweet, juicy and cheap, don't miss it

Fantastic experience.
Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean, neat and tidy hotel Great and very new bathroom, bed and fittings. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgraded room.
Rooftop pool and bar was beautiful and attractive.
The dining room for a buffet breakfast was spacious, and had a small but comprehensive and delicious menu. Option to sit inside or out.
Convenience store across the road, and 5 minute walk to the main tourist pub/restaurant street.
I booked a 1 day Angkor Wat area tour with a driver, a spacious car and a guide via the reception desk, and the car was very punctual.
If possible, I would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is courteous and nice. Peter was a very helpful concierge. The only complaint is the towels were a bit old. The bed is very comfortable and the roof top pool is amazing. I would stay there again.
