Apsara Greenland Boutique Villa Reviews

I love this little Boutique hotel in siem reap. I have been staying here annually with my son for over 10 years. The staff are great and the location is perfect distance away from all the that Siem Reap has to offer. Yet it has a great countryside feel to it. The rooms are spacious and there is a good choice for breakfast.

The service is good. Suitable for who want to stay at relax and quite place. My kid and family enjoy our holiday there

Calm and peaceful place

We had a nice stay at the hotel. It is outside of the center. Ideal for finding peace. You can get into the city in five minutes by tuk tuk. The room was clean and spacious. The staff helpful. You could choose breakfast from a menu. The quantity was quite manageable. We recommend the hotel.

Great area, very nice pool. The appliances in the rooms are tired, but everything works properly. There is a bar, massage. You can walk to a supermarket. IN GENERAL THE HOTEL EXPECTED EXPECTATIONS

This rating has nothing to do with the kindness and service. They were very kind to us and served us well. However the property was outdated and didn't look like the pictures showed on the website. It really needs maintenance. We also were really disappointed by the room. We booked a villa with private pool. Well basically, we had two rooms with two different room numbers. No connection to each other. To go to the other room, we had to go outside... That is not a villa. Also the mattresses were lying on a floor, not what we call a comfortable bed. They were hard, we woke up with a back ache. The shower is awful. In one room, the whole bathroom floor was totally wet, in the other room the shower was hanging too low, you couldn't wash your hair properly. Since we didn't sleep well, we therefore decided to leave earlier and go to another hotel. The property has definitely a lot of potential, however there is a lot of work to do!

Very good hotel with excellent staff, who go out of their way to help you. Lovely pool to cool off in after a day out visiting the many sights. Plus the cocktails made at the bar were superb. Lovely and tranquil hotel to stay at. Not a 5* review but my opinion was the room could do with updating.

5 might stay. Only a 15 min walk or 5 min tuk tuk into town but a very tranquil and peaceful location. Simple clean rooms with an OK shower but very comfy bed. Great friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast and great value. Overall a great little place to stay!

Beautiful quiet boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. A great base for exploring. Lovely rooms and great pool. The lonly small pitfall was laundry was overpriced and had to send back to rewash as they didnt do a great job - even the second time it wasnt great.
