Very nice hotel with good location

Great local hotel. Super clean. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. It’s all good in Siem Reap. And Amber Angkor is a terrific value.

Absolutely live Amber Hotel Siem Reap. Great location, staff are friendly and welcoming. Close to Pub street and river you can literally walk anywhere. Will stay again next time

They had a great pool and poolside bar.

front-desk is efficient…room is big…location is good… only thing may be concerning you is the AC, which seems not being powerful enough to handle the room temperature (not: month April is the hottest month before rainy season begins, as locals saying).

Tucked away in lush foliage, this gem of a hotel offers a serene and convenient stay in Siem Reap. The location is ideal, with the market, restaurants, temples and a few boutique shops within walking distance. The amenities are nice, featuring an outdoor pool, an outdoor bar with poolside food service, and a spa. I enjoyed a great massage at the spa, though it was pricier compared to in-town options. The hotel restaurant was adequate, offering an omelette bar and the same four dishes during my three-day stay. Hard-boiled eggs were available upon request. The rooms, while on the small side, are comfortable, though the bathrooms are quite tiny. A minor issue was that the safe in the room did not work, which was inconvenient for securing passports. Additionally, my room featured windows & when the curtains were pulled back, revealed a building an arm length away. Getting a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat was easy, and the hotel had security guards for added protection, which provided peace of mind. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with some minor areas for improvement.

Very comfortable hotel, clean, quiet, nicely located close to the city center, very good standing. Above all, the kindness and outstanding sense of service of the hotel staff have to be outlined. Final hotel for our Contiki trip. Ended up booking three more days after Contiki. Friendly staff and nice bar pool. Located in the quiet part of town and a few minutes walk to the major centre (pub street and Cambodia markets). Breakfast was great, range of different cuisines from Western to Khmer

We stayed here for three nights during our trip to Siem Reap and enjoyed it very much! The hotel is located on a main road but in a quieter area which we really liked. It is in walking distance to the main areas you want to see and close to some bars and restaurants which are a little off the main streets. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room we had was very nice and comfortable. The pool is a bonus and perfect for an afternoon dip after a hot day exploring the area! Breakfast was also very nice with lots to choose from and fresh eggs made to your liking. The bathroom was OK, though it was a little dark as the lighting wasn’t great. Not a big issue when we only stayed a few nights though. The staff were all very kind and friendly from our arrival right through to the day we left. We were overall very happy with this hotel given that we only stayed for three nights.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast service with omelette and noodles station made fresh to order. Relaxing vibes by the pool with great cocktails in happy with happy hour specials. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily. Great location within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants.

Great stay. The pool area was amazing and the rooms were nice. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Staff were always so so so friendly. Lots of yummy restaurants near by. Highly recommend The Muffin Man near by for good gluten free food. Great place to stay!

The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly! The amenities were nice especially the pool. Breakfast had made to order noodle soup which was delicious. Only issues was with the laundry service which got mixed up for some of my group. Thanks for a great stay!
