It’s a nicely organized and well kept boutique hotel. The owners and management take great pride in what they do. The service is what brings people back.
They give you free tea and a cold towel every time you return back to the hotel on hot days. They clean the rooms very well and the pool is immaculate. Well trained staff that tries to help and is self aware.
My only recommendation is to get darker or thicker window shades to block out the morning sun, and the rooms could use a little more noise reduction (loud open rooms create echo and less warmth).
But again, it is well run hotel and location is very good. A pleasant stay.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and warm. The food is very varied, very well prepared and delicious. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The SPA service is very pleasant. There are details every day that add a lot of warmth to the experience of the accommodation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Tolle, ruhige Lage nur wenige Minuten zum Citycenter. Das Haus ist modern, die Zimmer sind groß, perfekt ausgestattet und haben einen Balkon oder eine Terasse! Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und der Service einzigartig! Auch die Massage kann man empfehlen! Ich komme wieder!

The Bliss Angkor is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It is a beautiful oasis of calm in the city with exceptional service. Mr Thea the General Manager was incredibly helpful before we arrived arranging trips, drivers and even medication when we realised we hadn't brought enough. To return after a day in the heat to cold towels and tea, a gorgeous pool and super stylish room was wonderful.
