Best Hotels near The Heritage Walk, Siem Reap

I didn’t know there were 2 different wings in that property, anyway we were put in the “Angkor” wing, honestly please do not have very high expectation of this wing, there were mosquitoes flying all over the property, floor tiles were quite dirty & no one seem to bother about cleaning it, lobby has no air conditioning, restaurant food is ok, overall staffs are very helpful with everything, location is near the night market, so is kind of convenient if you want to head over for some reflexology or massage at night.

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

The hotel location is walking distance to the pub street. The staff were approachable and helpful to guest concerns. It offers an affordable price. We enjoyed night swimming because we're the only one who swams that time, the pool is too small if ever 3 or more guest thought of swim together. Overall, a great place to stay.

The whole set covers an area of ​​about 100 square meters. There are also large suites on the second floor and the third floor that should be larger and more rooms, suitable for a multi-person family. The spacious living room is bright and furnished with Cambodian-inspired furniture, simple and comfortable. Through the glass wall of the landing hall, you can see the elegant environment of the green courtyard outside. The bedroom is also very warm, especially through the glass door of the bedroom, you can sit and chat under the green plants in the backyard. I think it will be a cozy atmosphere in the morning and evening after getting up before going to bed. The rating is solely based on budget hotel standard. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately the weather was hot too. Complained and all was taken care well. Friendly staff. The room was huge, comfortable and clean beds, clean wc, quiet environment and nice pool. All things needed after a long and tiring day are checked off. We even requested for hot water, the staff provided us with water heater and cups. The food was ok too. 3$ for tuktuk to Pub Street

I'm a Park Hyatt fan. Personally, I like small parks like those in Ho Chi Minh City, so I had high expectations. For breakfast, you could choose as many authentic Cambodian dishes as you wanted, the welcome drink was delicious, and the happy hour at the bar was good, but it was a real shame that there was no jacuzzi in the spa. I think staying at a luxury hotel means being able to relax by the pool and use the spa's jacuzzi and sauna.

Loved this hotel so much. The pool was wonderful to chill and relax and drink. The reception made my stay great and helped us organise the best Floating village tour. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Good room with cool AC. We can book the bus ticket to some where around Cambodia as well. We are thankful and can't wait for recommend this hotel.

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️
