實際是個民宿，三人間的房間還挺大的，位置比較偏，適合自駕遊客，房間含早餐，早餐很簡單但能吃飽，入住率不高。

A nice experience. Clean and quiet environment. The room with balcony over looking Siena, was nice and spacious. Great breakfast, lots of choice between sweet and savory. Excellent balance between quality and price. Recommended for long stays.

Un hotel non lontano dal centro di Siena, sicuramente datato e con scarsa manutenzione..Frigo bar in camera ma senza possibilità di utilizzarlo in quanto non c'era presa di alimentazione.
Prezzo un pò elevato considerando la qualità della struttura.

La stanza era poco pulita, ho trovato capelli in asciugamano e nel bagno c'era odore di urina che arrivava dal contenitore dello scopino o dal pavimento pulito male dietro al wc. La coperta sul letto aveva odore di stantio. I letti hanno i materassi a molle veramente scomodi. Il personale è stato molto cortese, ma purtroppo la loro gentilezza non basta a rimediare ad un rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente inadeguato all'offerta. Stiamo parlando di 110€ a notte a persona con colazione inclusa, quando nella stanza della persona che viaggiava con me non c'era nemmeno il bidet in bagno. Potrei anche aggiungere che il primo pomeriggio di permanenza c'erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione nell'hotel che mi hanno reso impossibile riposare. Non tornerò sicuramente, mi spiace.

I especially liked that the front office staff spoke English. They were very helpful in providing info on bus transportation. Michael was kind to supply an ice pack, due to an accident. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend!
