Highly recommended hotel for its ideal location, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, without neglecting the friendliness and professionalism of the owner. I return often with great satisfaction and have never been disappointed, experience after experience.

Splendid location, a stone's throw from the historic center (Piazza del Campo is a 900m walk away). Spacious accommodation, comfortable and quality bed. My room with a small terrace and a view of the valley was quiet and allowed us to relax after a day spent walking through the streets of the centre. Advise!

I don't recommend it, the room is nothing special, without air conditioning but in August a fan is enough to make it hard, in 2 paying 81 euros a single night seems excessive to me for what they offer, let alone the parking which was a warehouse full of rubbish , basically there were only 2 free parking spaces because the rest of the garage is FULL of furniture, beds and various garbage. Don't be fooled by the name, with that name you cannot offer a parking space in those conditions.

Let's start with the staff: we were welcomed by a director who (apart from the smell of alcohol she gave off) immediately proved to be irritating and pedantic, not very available for collaboration and dialogue, so much so that she silenced me (and more than once!) while I was speaking. Furthermore, I found her smoking in the hall, hidden near the window but with a smell of smoke that plagued the entire room, which in my opinion is unacceptable in any accommodation facility! There are smoking areas. Shall we go to the room? We were given a ground floor room and when we walked in we couldn't be more disappointed. The floor apparently not clean, evidently the paint/coating has come off in several places, revealing the white underneath and creating a very unpleasant dirty effect. You don't notice it immediately, but the ceiling has damp stains. As if that wasn't enough, there were no wardrobes or supports for suitcases, which we placed on the chairs and on a miserable coat hanger (a stick with four hangers). The bathroom without hangers for bathrobes and towels, with only one roll of toilet paper (the kind that ends up immediately!) and the toilet that leaked water. Luckily the shower was spacious. ....... We will continue to ask ourselves why it is listed as a 5 STAR HOTEL on Google!!! RIDICULOUS.

Siena is now home, I go there at least once a year, I've been to different places, but never as embarrassing as this! Design: let's start from the name they gave, the only design thing are the dirty stains inside the shower which hasn't been washed decently since they opened! They don't have air conditioning, although it would be fine in a farmhouse with farmers, but in a hotel in the center of Siena that is defined as modern I find it quite creepy. As a solution they put in a fan which would be fine if it didn't have dust and residue from the months of heat! Definitely to be avoided! The price may seem good, but considering that you pay 15 euros per day for parking and they don't offer breakfast, I would recommend paying 20 euros more to go elsewhere'

Sorry to give a low score because it is run by young and very willing guys. But the flaws are several: 1) NO AIR CONDITIONING. An exaggerated heat. The only solution was a rod fan, unfortunately too noisy during the night. 2) Bathroom: the light is too low. You can not see anything. The toilet paper holder is missing. Not sure where to put the towels. There are only a couple of hooks (presumably for shower towels). I didn't use the shower (I was only there for one night) but the curtain is definitely too short so as not to flood everything. 3) Non-existent wardrobe and drawers. A pole with hangers does not replace a wardrobe. You have to leave everything in your suitcase 4) reception: from 21 to 8 there is no one. 5) There is no lift: you have to carry your luggage by hand up the stairs (even if the boy offered to carry it up himself). Too bad because the mattress is very comfortable and the location is excellent, a stone's throw from the center. Cleanliness good.

I stayed at the Vittoria Design Hotel for the Palio in Siena. Modern hotel, well kept and very friendly, young and dynamic staff. Excellent value for money. Convenient location a stone's throw from the city center. Advised!!!

We only stayed one night, the room was a little dirty especially the bathroom. The photos are a bit misleading as for me it is a poorly designed hotel. The location is quite convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast a little disappointing. I don't recommend
