Nice room, nice continental breakfast

Traveling with skinny pale twin 7 yr olds so we always look for an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Pool was moderately heated - enough that the kids would swim then warm up in hot tub. Pool was clean, hot tub was nice but had a chemical imbalance that caused all the bubbles when jets were on. Others than that everything was wonderful! Comfy room, welcoming staff (join Hilton Honors and you get a Hershey bar at check in!) and the breakfast had a good selection of oatmeal, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Special thanks to Michelle, the breakfast coordinator, who made the morning special for my kids. She was very attentive and offered options to make them happy. Well done! Will definitely stay there again.

Staff was nice, breakfast could use wome help with offer of eggs, coffee, bed was nit comfortable, pillows small, air unit was load, no hot water in the ams, water pressure was low.

Even a natural disaster isn’t a good excuse for a cancellation instead the GM chose to fall back on the cancellation policy. Too sad when profit trumps common sense particularly for a hotel experiencing above normal demands. Most likely resulted in a double rental.

Generally a decent hotel. Rooms need updated. Bathroom looked dirty. Carpet looked very dirty in areas. Elevator sounded like it could potentially break and the floor in it was as if it had never been cleaned before. The lobby is very nice along with the staff that we encountered. The complimentary breakfast was great, clean and very friendly staff offering extras that weren’t out.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The elevator floor was filthy and the actual elevator door was all scratched up it looked terrible and the elevator also made a horrible sound, not very trustworthy. Our bathroom toilet was very stained, looked terrible. Just overall feeling of old and outdated. Staff was ok

We were traveling with all of our kids aged 2-12, and when I looked at the room we thought a single room would be sufficient. It wasn't. These rooms were smaller than the other rooms we stayed in on our travels. Also, the floor we stayed on had a smell to the carpet and our floors weren't vacuumed when it was cleaned (we know because the youngest dropped crumbs while eating the night before). The staff was great and always friendly and helpful. But the facilities were lack luster compared to the other hotels we stayed in before.

Hotel was very nice and clean, staff were friendly. Food area was very clean and food was good.

A 9/10. Especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet - it was exactly what we needed to set us out visiting and exploring. Thank you for the comfort and ease during our stay! The little frige, hair dryer, plenty of bath towels, bodywash, full bottle of shampoo and conditioner – and thank you for the toothpaste that I had forgotten! Didnt have time to try the indoor pool but others were in there having some exercise. The weight room was enticing but we came back each night already tired, but will give it a go next round. Will stay here again when we come back to Sierra Vista Arizona
