Gigi at Beachside Management was wonderful in helping us book our unit. We are here for the month of January 2024 and just booked again for January 2025. We love Siesta Key and the condo is gorgeous. So clean and comfortable. From the lanai, we look to the left and see the beautiful beach and gulf. We look to the right and have a pool view. Definitely recommend.

The complex is well designed so that each unit has an incredible view. Unit was well-stocked with everything we needed, spotless on arrival, and complex was quiet. They've taken extra steps to make the property feel uber safe. The access to the beach was a highlight for our family.

Condo located on a beautiful private beach with very nice pool. Very convenient to all Siesta Key has to offer. Loved the "tip only" cab service island provides. Security for this condo complex was very good. Needed a FOB to access all amenities.

Don't rent from overseas "managers" rent from Crystal Sands managment. We had several issues and we didn't hear back from "overseas manager." I wasted vacation time chasing after these people and the number for a local manager was bogus. The place was dirty with 3rd rate towels and bed linens, if you can call them linens. Overall a real rip off.

e stayed in #1002. When we arrived I could see that the unit was not properly cleaned. Bathroom rugs filthy, shower pads must have been there for years-very dirty! I got permission to throw them away. Primary comforter was DIRTY w stains. it clearly had been months since they were cleaned. Shams in guest had mascara and makeup on them. Owner needs to do a better job to make sure condo is presentable. New bedding in primary is a MUST. Remove the 1/4 round tile around tile...$1000 fresh up would go a long way.
