As usual, an amazing stay in our "home away from home ", beautiful rooms, lobby, restaurant, wellness (jacuzzi & sauna & relaxation room), rich breakfast buffet and location. The team of Binderbubi is a hearty group of professionals that makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Tip: they just changed the chef, so new culinary delights will be introduced to the menu. Warmly recommend!

Buon hotel vicino al centro storico di questa deliziosa cittadina medioevale. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Camere comunque comode e pulite. Servizio SPA piacevole Colazione poco varia ma comunque accettabile. La maggior parte del personale gentile e professionale.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos grandes e limpos, banheiro grande, chuveiro bom, Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Café da manhã bom. Da pra ir a pé pro centro, ver a casa de vlad e a torre do relógio. Tem vários bares e restaurantes próximo. Único problema q tivemos foi q o ar condicionado do quarto da nossa filha não funcionava. O funcionário foi lá e disse q não sabia resolver mas ia pegar um ventilador que deu pro gasto pq não estava tão quente.

EXCELENTE, HERMOSO! faltan las palabras para describir la estancia en este hotel. Muy bien ubicado a pasos del centro de la ciudad. Tuvimos una habitación triple tipo suite, amplia, cómoda, decorada con muy buen gusto, con pava eléctrica y tés/café. No daba ganas de irse del hotel. Desayuno muy variado,rico, lindo desayunador

Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel por 2 noches entre el 18 y el 20 de junio. Está muy bien situado a la vuelta de la esquina del centro, la decoración es algo entre lo rústico y lo señorial, parece sacado de otra época. La habitación que nos dieron era bastante grande, cero problemas para guardar un equipaje que a esas alturas de mis vacaciones había engordado mucho. Personal bastante amable. El problema es que sus servicios son muy básicos (no probamos su Spa) y en el desayuno encontramos algo muy desagradable. La habitación, sin tomar en cuenta la decoración, es bastante espartana, los implementos el baño son los mínimos necesarios, la cafetera estaba desconectada y solitaria, nada de café, té o similares, la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no se abría. Supongo que llamando a recepción lo solucionaban, pero es que no debería estar así para empezar. No me quejo mucho porque así mismo la tarifa fue la más baja de mi viaje a Rumanía (7 hoteles). Lo que si nos pareció imperdonable fue el desayuno del segundo día, tomé 2 rodajas de pan, una tenía moho. Ya nos íbamos, nos fuimos y no regresaremos.
