We had a nice stay. The surroundings are green and quiet. Service was ok but not outstanding.

This hotel is right next to Hotel Sigiriya. The garden is larger, but the rooms and facilities are very old and not as good as Hotel Sigiriya. There are no quilts and only a thin layer of sheets. The power went out several times at night. The price is even more expensive. I really don’t recommend it. ~

The hotel is very close to Lion Rock. You can see Lion Rock from the swimming pool, and the entire hotel is spread among towering woods with towering ancient trees. The environment is comfortable. There is a pool outside the door of each room, which is also a feature, but there are mosquitoes🦟.

Stayed 2 nights. I am very satisfied. It was worth more than the price. Everything was healed by making full of nature.
There was a problem when I checked in, but the call center of this app and the local front desk were able to handle it properly. I would like to visit again.

Housekeeping had let lizards into the room while cleaning and we found them running around our room while we were getting ready for bed. Someone came, saw the lizards, disappeared and never returned (we waited for an hour). Turns out, he got hungry so he went to eat 🤦🏻♀️ Breakfast and food was very stale and not edible. Nothing has covers over it and it’s an open air restaurant so the food is all covered in flies, mosquitos, etc. Pool temperature was cold, not temperature controlled, also full of bugs and leaves. Bed sheets all have holes in them exposing the mattress that many people sleep on. Rude staff, they told us we were lying when we gave feedback during checkout. Don’t recommend this place.

At first the hotel seemed lovely. Unfortunately the service isn’t. When someone couldn’t take our order because of language barrier and made a mistake, we had to pay for it. The manager was very unfriendly and made us feel like we were lying. Bad airconditioning too.

Room was extraordinary and loved the stay. and specially melissa took care of us and allocated a very close room next to the dinning area, and manjula was attentive at our request and the rooms were so tidy and well maintained and hope to visit with my friends again highly recommend thankyou again. for Melissa and Manjula for the excellent service.....
