Siamo arrivati molto tardi ma in aeroporto c’era la navetta dell’hotel ad attenderci. Pulito, moderno, personale gentile, ottima colazione. La mattina abbiamo poi preso i mezzi per arrivare a Stoccolma con cui è perfettamente collegato

I stayed here on a solo visit, booking was very easy and the hotel really communicative. Getting to the hotel from Arlanda airport was easy, the shuttle bus service is spot on and easy to catch. I stayed in a single room, which is where my disappointment comes, the website shows a light and airy room, but it was anything but, quite dark, not very welcoming and the view of a waste bin out the window wasn't great. The shower was very good, but, with no sort of plug mechanism on the sink, if I had a shower the smell of sewage from the sink was strong and very off putting. I will say though that the bed was genuinely one of the comfiest I have ever slept in! There was no tea or coffee in the room, and I was a little disappointed there were no UK/US or even French or German news channels on the TV - just a little thing that an international airport could have - that's not to say watching the 'Timber World Championship' wasn't bad. I stayed in room 22, please be advised that in this room I was awoken each night by bottle trolleys being emptied and people going to and from the bar. Breakfast in the hotel was OK, a fair selection and you could sort a takeaway coffee - the cheese rolls and the jam biscuits were really tasty. I must say the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. They were more than happy to chat to me in English through my broken Swedish. The hotel itself is located in an industrial estate and there wasn't too much around, but a quick shuttle bus to SkyCity at Arlanda and you had shops and a McDonalds close by. I would stay here again, but perhaps in a higher standard of room!

I had booked 6 days. Arrived 17:30 parking is not included. 45 sek an hour OR 115 for 12 hours. So I could buy 12 hours and I would have to get up 5:30 to extend my parking. The room where small and prison like! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! There are so nice hotels nearby at even cheaper prices incl breakfast and free parking! And employees who actually have an interest of making your stay comfortable! This place is all for your money, and as soon you have paid no one cares about you! I tried to talk nicely with the receptionist about sorting something out since I did not even stay in the room for 5 minutes, but they claim that that the parking was best possible option so they wouldn’t refund me ANYTHING even tho they lie about rooms and parking ! If you stay here! Good luck

The hotel is really near the airport so that you don't have to carry your luggage a long way. The totally electronic management of your stay can be a bit surprising at first but it is quite efficient. The food is good and quickly served

Fantastic modern hotel with impressive public areas and services. They have an ultra modern gym and terrific sauna above the front desk. They have a play area near the front desk and a place to have breakfast and meals. The staff was very accommodating with Linus and Marijn offer personable and excellent service. Room is modern, but could use some artwork as it's very austere. Also the bathroom is one of those half glass affairs that the Europeans love, so the shower is going to spray all over the bathroom from the open back end. Also there was no soap dish which was frustrating and surprising. Nearby is a great Italian restaurant Nonno. Pro tip, if you're coming from the airport don't take a taxi as they'll charge you the full amount to go in a Stockholm and not to this hotel which is 10 minutes away. Take an Uber.

Horrible and terrifying experience. I arrived from the airport at this hotel (7-8pm) and it was already closed, so I had to use a machine that was outside of the building to get my room key. The machine stopped working midway ”printing” my room key. I tried to do everything to find someone to help me but the hotel thinks that even when it's close to the airport where thousands of tourists come, the only people staying with them are locals with Swedish phones. I tried to find my already-paid booking to start the process again and it said it was no longer available. After an hour of trying to get in contact with someone, I realized that I was stranded outside with 2 luggage bags in the middle of nowhere, at night, while snowing in a country I'd never been to. It was terrifying. Luckily a person who came to fix the elevator helped me to call an Uber and I was able to leave that hell and arrive at a hotel that had people checking in and I managed to get a room and sleep somewhere other than outside in the snow. I would NEVER recommend it. Ever.

Certainly one of the swankier and plusher Radisson Blu hotels in Scandinavia. Stylish Scandic design prevails all over the property from cool decors of the common areas to the charming touches to F & B establishments. Absolutely worth the money I paid for this. Great value for money LOCATION: Located right next to the Central station and walkable from all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Excellent Breakfast served at the cool Lobby level restaurant that is worth waking up for. The Bar and the Terrace seating are also lovely places to hang out in the evenings. ROOM: I stayed in Room 749, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Lovely view of the Train station and the old city at a distance from a Huge Balcony where you can spend evenings and lazy mornings; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Radisson branded Cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines, fit enough for a full-on workout! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi(up to 90 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Medium-sized Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

The location is on the edge of the city, but the city is not big, the traffic is convenient, it takes only three minutes to reach the nearby large supermarket, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is suitable, the breakfast variety is there, there is hot water supply, it is difficult to find some hot water in Europe. The hotel room is large, and two folding sofas can be opened. The room can accommodate 4 people.
