I consulted with Crip customer service and agreed to all the decisions taken by the platform. We can accept it. Of course, it is best to refund one night's room rate. We are a newly opened homestay. The price is very low and affordable. It is not as high as other homestays around. We have also worked hard on the service. After the guest left, I wrote him an email to apologize for our inconsiderate service. However, we did treat the couple very attentively, and especially told them to pay attention to safety when going out, especially when there were many passing vehicles and the speed was fast. Every time we met in the corridor, the other party greeted me kindly. I didn't expect them to ask for a full refund after they left. Although we felt a little sad, we still agreed to a full refund. It was just that the platform customer service manager suggested that I agree to refund one night first. If the other party still has problems, I will refund him in full. Unfortunately, he did not respond to my emails and messages to the guest. I don't think it is good intention to give me such a second rating. I hope the platform can treat it fairly.
