Total all bad experience and bad location, even the expected pool as picture was nothing to say and enjoy.
I will NOT staying there forever again

The room is clean and has big space. 
The outside campus is also large with big parking spaces. Whereas the pool is not so interesting.

Very near to Otres Beach and big parking space.

It can only be said that it is not suitable for Chinese people!

The place was pleasant and the staff was friendly. The property could use some upkeep. Walkable to restaurants. 

for the price, i think you can get the better hotel than this hotel, the hotel is in secluded area and i think maybe they're not really clean the room frequently, because the bed cause the redness in my face eventhough it isn't severe but it's not cool to know that the bed where you sleep is not clean

Although construction is underway around Sihanoukville, the environment in the hotel is still very good. It is the best choice to live here before going to the island. There are also many restaurants nearby to eat and the consumption is very cheap nearby, which is much cheaper than the island. Breakfast is also very good.

We arrived here pretty late and stayed here Only for a night. The room (nr14) seemed to be rushed during the building of the hotel. A lot of unfinished things in the room. See pictures. The refrigerator was not connected to the power so the «minibar» Didnt work. I saw a lot of stains on the Sheets so i were very glad i Brought my own pocket bedsheet and slik-bag. Otherwise there were a lot of mosquitos in the room, but the AC worked Nicely and the other facilities were Okey. At the breakfast it were clear that they Didnt Even try.. sugary coffee, the meal were probably made a couple hours before or Even the day before. 

Definitely one of the only several livable places near to otres Beach. The cottages are lovely and spacious. And so is the pool. If u must visit sihanoukville, this is one of the good places to put up..   The breakfast though is a absolute letdown. There is a fixed menu and the quantity served is absolutely minimal.    A bit pricey factoring in the surroundings and surely not value for money.
