Thanks Maurizio, my friend~! Perfect enjoy beautiful beach without any traffic noise. Only one problem with it is the overnight amplified speaker's dance music for only one night during I stayed there. - need a night beach guard.
Response from Property: Thank you for honesty and excellent comment ! :)

Beautiful and cozy resort right on the white sands beach. We chose the Beach front cottage. The room was big with two queen size beds. The amenities in the room were basic considering the price. The bathroom was a dampener as the washbasin and shower had very poor fittings resulting in poor water supply. No place to hang even the towel as there were no hooks or anything else. The best part was the white sand beach just outside the resort with pristine blue water. The resort also had a restaurant and a bar that served good food and drinks. But mind you, service is available only until 9pm. After that no is there to even give you water if you need it. Staff were helpful and polite. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to help as much as they can. Will love to visit again some day.

Good value for money. No TV... but do you need it? You always have to book cleaning separately. Had a good time.

Located in the north of Koh Long Pie on Koh Rong Island, it looks like a tree house and is very unique. The room has air conditioning, a separate bathroom, and a mosquito net on the bed. It should be noted that check-out time needs to be before 10:30 am.

Loved the tranquility and the closeness toto the town and dining on the sands in the evening. Loved the Monkeys. Best view on the island. So beautiful and relaxing. Serenity plus. Always a hard place to leave. On my return list a good place to retire

White beach Bungalow is the best!! At the quiet end of Koh Touch beach, but only ten minutes walk from the island main - but still little - town where all ferries land. WBB has the best and sweetest staff, the bungalows are right next to the beach- I loved every bit.

We stayed here for 3 nights and pound for pound the is a nice place, I have no negatives, staff are friendly and it is kick back place to chill for a few days. Being an island there is enough interesting things to do and enough choices of food and drinks People are relaxed and getting to and from the island easy. Best suited for a couples Getaway. The beaches are cleaned every day after high tide . Nice Clear and warm sea water.

Although only 2 stars, there were positives. We had Bungalow 14 which was elivated up the hill. Compared to others we now know it badly needs renovating. Of the 2 glass doors 1 was screwed shut and the other warped so badly it was difficult to open. This was sorted on the day we complained. The bathroom tilted at least 10° but felt safe. The room is sparsley furnished; hooks would be useful. Made of dark wood surrounded by dense overgrown vegetation, the lighting was poor. It was mosquitoe heaven and a plug in deterant and net were supplied. It was clean but not maintained. Staff and location are good. In high season the jet skis and music will be an issue. The beach is white sand and sad to see so much rubbish left around.

Beautiful resort at the end of the village. It’s a lovely walk from the ferry pier as you walk through the village and then after the road ends, you walk in the sand. The resort provides a courtesy pick up of luggage via bike (see the video on the creative way they did this for us!). The resosrt had rustic charm, the electricity is shut off twice a day for a couple of hours, If I recall: 11:30-13:30 and 16:30-18:00). Make sure you put on your mosquito repellant as they feasted on me! Mauticcio (Resport Manager) was fantastic, very friendly and helpful with advice. This applied to all of his team as well. Switch off your troubles and spend time here - it was brilliant.

We've had the most wonderful time at white beach bungalows in Koh Rong. It's a pity that we had already booked our stay at Koh Rong Sanloem, otherwise we would have stayed longer. The host is very helpful. Very reactive when you ask a question online but also on the spot from early in the morning till 4PM He helps you to get you a driver to help you with your luggage to go back to the pier. The food and drinks are very good. For those who are wondering; no sand fleas here only mosquitos but the mosquito nets are already prepared above the bed so you can sleep in peace. The view from our room and our front porch was so calming. Especially from our hammock slowly rocking on the sound of the waves. We loved it!

Cambodia is a developing country and has an almost unique culture. In Koh Rong you are on the edge of the jungle. Things will bite you, monkeys might pinch your knickers and departure times are flexible. Electricity and wifi are not always available. If this worries you Cambodia and Koh Rong are probably not for you. We booked direct with white beach and were contacted by David via WhatsApp. This was the start of a second to none service. At the last minute our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive 1 day early the adaptable David took it in his stride. He arranged pick up from Sihanoukville airport that took us to the port. The thoughtful David had also arranged our ferry with Buva Sea. When we arrived at the office they were expecting us and tickets/clear directions to the ferry were ready. This caring approach continued on arrival when a private service was there to meet us at the pier. Whilst on the island he was supportive in arranging the hire of a motorbike and a boat trip. Our room was on the beach and although in need of some renovation we were happy with it. The balcony was fantastic and spacious. The dedicated team clean the room if you ask the day before. The beach and grounds are cleaned every morning and throughout the day. The polished performance continues to the kitchen and restaurant/bar staff especially HU, his English is fantastic. The easygoing and supportive style means they are ready to chat or just get you another drink. Food and drink is well priced and this quiet end of the beach is close enough to be able to access everything without having to continuously endure the party noise. When we left our private service to the ferry and onward travel to Kampot was arranged and once again the trustworthy David delivered. The service I received from the team was unparalleled. Lerci x

So the beach…White beach is very picturesque and the opposite end to the pier so you have plenty of choice to eat in the town. However, don’t look to close at the surroundings, the beach has so much litter on it and the sea is full of bags and nets and rubbish. The next door place (was called Ocean Villas or something like that) has closed down and is derelict and full of rubbish. The walk into town if you go by the sea is nice but if you take the upper path you unfortunately notice the rubbish, how everything is run down. I do really feel for the Cambodian people as they were left to starve in covid. Things were left without any maintenance. These bungalows are now a joke. For $40 a room we didn’t even get a bin. The bed was uncomfortable and small. The room seems to be freshly varnished but unfortunately with a fine layer of sand sticking to it. The bathroom is old, the shower poor and the water was only on 50% of the time so you couldn’t even wash your hands after using the loo. The towels were thin, brown and smelt musty. They only gave us 1 loo roll and as they didn’t clean the room daily that was all we got for our stay. The other bedroom we had the loo was so slanted you couldn’t hardly stand in it. I’m surprised people mentioned the nice staff, they were totally unfriendly to us. The ‘welcome drink’ wasn’t offered and when I asked they gave me 2 waters (only one room had welcome drinks so none for other 3 people. The next door place ‘Tree house’ is around the corner and their rooms look a bit bettered maintained but the beach is yellow sand and had loads of beach floats on it so not as picturesque. It’s also is in the forest so hardly has any beach. I believe they also own the next one round after that too. I wanted to go to Long beach for our last 2 days as that looks much nicer but I was worried it was a bit more isolated and there would not be much choice to eat out of except for at your hotel. In the end we left and came to Koh Kood (Thailand) and it’s a different class. For just a tad more money $57 a night we are staying in an amazing luxury bungalow with a gorgeous bathroom on the most perfect beach with not a piece of litter in sight and it’s much cheaper to eat.

Totally unsatisfied and its shambolic for the price, not even a welcoming water pack in the room. Hey ho I'm travelling solo, but what about families after a 3hr travel. No tv no fridge for $45 a night. Description on there web site and agooda is Totally miss leading. Best beach really washed up diesel and oil spillage from the ferries. Awful place

White beach bungalows are very basic beach huts. They have wholes in the front, on the floor and in the bathroom so bugs crawl in. We had lizards, millipedes, spiders, mosquitos and sandflies. I am not a fussy person but I couldnt relax in the room. The fan was broken so it was so hot we had to have the windows open at night, which let in, even more nature. We loved the location right on White Beach and 5-10 mim walk from the shops and resturants. We feel that the pandemic has made it hard for white beach bungalows, as only the small bar is open and the huts need some serious maintenance. I would say its 2/5 as it stands (Apr 2022) Pros -The staff are so lovely and friendly. - Beach front, stunning - 5 min walk from shops & resturants Cons: - So many bugs in the room, we had gaps in floor and ceeling : spiders, lizards, millipedes. We got eaten alive by sandflies and mosquitos. - Beach huts need serious maintenance, bathroom is dated, broken tiles, roof leaked, some lights didnt work, fan was broken - Music is so loud until early hours - Roof needed replacing only plastic sheet over the top - not very good value for money. - room wasnt cleaned We probably wouldnt stay here again, as the bugs and noise kept us up. They do have bug nets around the bed but they had wholes in so we got eaten alive by sandflies and mosquitos.
