The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

This is a very nice hotel with great views of the ocean. The beach is beautiful. There is a ****** on the property, and I guess that’s why there’s so much security. They checked my husband with the wand every time he entered and left. No pictures in the lobby and other rules. We stayed during Chinese New Year and there were a lot of kids. We could hear running and yelling beginning at 7am upstairs. It was a bit better after contacting the front desk, but definitely a nuisance. Breakfast was good, but come early because it gets crowded.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. this is a unique spot, you can arrive at resort by the resort boat what is very nice. the resort have cosy environment and even they were completely sold out you were no seeing so many persons. the beach is amazing and you can choose your own villa with private pool. the staff is very professional and always there to support you. they some social sustainability activities like planting trees or visit local primary and kindergarten school and give some gifts. they supporting the implementation of system for the children to have water to drink in the school. the involvement of all staff in community is amazing.
