環境本來就不錯，但缺乏生氣，尤其是尤其是我們一大早想去遊玩公園，卻被前台追我們退房，並再三申明中午十二點前一定要退房，我們也説了，十二點之前一定會回來的。但仍然被追要退房。所謂的温泉，也是被告知，提前説一聲，再開鍋爐放水，感覺到這個“温泉”不知道是不是真的。自始至終都沒有見過任何服務員，就前台一個人。
