Television is not working full night and day also, i call reception 5-6 times. But not resolved issue and soap also not provided. Very poor service every time 2-3 times call reception to solve and required items.

Worst experience in my life. No almera in the room and the food is also not good. Bed sheet is not clean properly and he said sir booking me yahi milta hai.

Parking is difficult for suv. Rooms are not properly cleaned before check in. Limited food choice. Simple deviation from menu also not acceptable to the restaurant. Imagine they do not have any cold drink in the restaurant. But staff co-operative and try to make guests comfortable.

I recently stayed at RAISINA HILL and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. At a price point of ₹2500, the room provided was very small and lacked a wardrobe. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a more suitable room. The room service fell short of expectations, and although I was offered a complimentary dinner, the quality of the food was very poor. I could barely eat the two chapatis, and the Gulab Jamun tasted stale. Additionally, bathroom accessories were only provided after I had to call and request them. Overall, this was my first and last stay at this hotel. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Good support to reach the hotel as hotel is near to golden temple which needs assistance to reach otherwise road are too small.
