Yesterday I wife for one nights and our room was never cleaned when I entered hotel then asking price was asking very high just i know about this price bcoz I stayed allready before few months ago and I do not think it had been deep cleaned in months. The first day I let it slide and just called the front desk for clean suffocation and smell.then given second option for hight changes for big rooms but also main door was not properly working and Ac not working in 403 room ,The nxt morning before departing for the day I made sure I told the the counter for this resolution..nxt visiting I am not coming the hotel but staff are good behaviour during the stayed,..

Price and location is ok. Rooms are dark. Stayed at first floor and natural light was not Sufficient, however room size is big. Food quality was very good. Hotels Staffs are good. They have parking facility which is good at such location. Thanks to hotel team.

Had a wonderful experience though our stay was a small one..just a night..but they did whatever was asked for.We reached around 10.45 pm but got many calls from the logistics team till we reach hotel to guide us to hotel parking.Was personally attended by the owner Mr.Vaibhav Jhawar and he personally took care of everything...right from escorting us to show us the property to making us have a look at barsana bazaar.We were not expecting any darshan at late night hours but he arranged VIP darshan for us which was the highlight as the mandir was open whole night.We had to leave very early in the morning and needful was done actively. The terrace is beautiful with jharokas and give a good view of khatu.It is located very near to the mandir and has a extraordinary mandir too in its premises.The size of the rooms were good and were well equipped with toiletries,coffee maker air conditioner, refrigerator etc Would definitely recommend to stay there and enjoy the hospitality and the VIP darshan too.

The close proximity to the khatu shyamji temple made us choose this hotel. Don't be put off by the entry to the hotel....as once inside you'll be surprised by the pleasing room. Well maintained and spacious the room was very comfortable with an adjoining sitting area as a t.v. lounge. However the toilet cum bath was comparatively smaller as per the room size. The best part was the courteous staff and the food was also good. I was especially fascinated by the small temple in the hotel vicinity and the priests who did the evening puja. Highly recommend .

Room service is not good and they charge for water bottle after 2 bottles. This place is not recommended. Only advatange is this is close to mandir. Food is better at shayam hotel as compared here..make sure you carry your own water bottle here else get ready to pay

Excellent arrangements. Helpful staff. Escorted us to hotel from CITY car parking Very well furnished. Internet and V ok. Food veg Very good quality. Cleanliness very good. Staff courteous. Digital payment accepted.

very bad service i order 1 plate idly they serve only 2 pcs in menu it was wriiten 3 pcs after saying they gave me three pcs of idli .i also order plain pratha n menu it was written including sabzi yhey didnt serbe sabzi very bad service idli sambhar was cold

Do Not Book This Hotel If you want clean bedsheet, Clean washroom and some respect after paying such a high amount, Rude Behaviour from Staff specially Ghanshyam . No knowledge of what hospitality means. commented "This is not your house party" to the family in front of everyone just because we were carrying food left by kid in the plate so that food is not wasted and kid can eat later. This was very disrespectful . Dirty Bed Sheet in room and smelling washroom.

Very bad experience. Owner is based in Kolkata and running this hotel through local unskilled staff. No hygiene, no cleaning, Poor service, bad food, no pest control, attitude. This hotel is running because of Khatu Shyam ji grace. Manager Chetan doesnt report to hotel quite often. Restaurant manager Ghanshyam is very rude and food was pathetic
