Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité, très bons repas sur la terrasse, cadre agréable avec 2 piscines. Malheureusement tôt le matin on entend la circulation de la route très fréquentée et toute proche.

Geen aanrader! Gebruikte glazen op de kamer, erg oud en onvriendelijk personeel. Daarnaast zit er iedere dag een bus bejaarden die om 07:00 het ontbijt buffet plunderen en dat wordt niet aangevuld door het hotel. Deel van de sauna faciliteiten waren niet in gebruik. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard en de kamers zijn nog vrij duur ook.

Hotel vecchiotto con pulizia che lascia a desiderare. Buffet al ristorante non in norma secondo comportamenti e dispositivi antiCovid. Mosche perennemente presenti mentre si mangia e sul cibo. Niente aria condizionata nelle camere (e fa caldo). Bagni senza bidet. Un costo davvero eccessivamente alto rispetto al servizio reso. (oltretutto nella zona e in Hotel l'italiano è poco conosciuto.) Preventivo ingannevole: vengono indicate 2 persone e altre 2 persone con un totale complessivo che però andava inteso come totale a coppia.

Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura accogliente. Staff gentile e proprietari sempre presenti e attenti alle varie esigenze. Menù vario e colazione abbondante. Hotel a due passi dal centro. Purtroppo,come capita nella provincia di Bolzano, i negozi chiudono alla sera troppo presto lasciando il centro deserto. Poche le attività per I turisti alla sera . Servirebbe da parte del comune piuckncrrti,teatro,feste ecc

albergo con personale preparato e presente, colazione buona e abbondate che spazia dal dolce al salato, camera + che decorosa con buona pulizia generale. buona cena con menù fisso o alla carta, bevande forse un po' care.

Alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti sull'offerta proposta sono stati offensivi e maleducati. Riassumo solo dicendo che alla mia proposta di aggiungere un pacchetto bevande mi hanno risposto che non sono un ALL INCLISIVE e che l'acqua della fontana è fresca. Vi sembra un modo educato di rispondere ad probabile cliente? In Trentino sono stata 2 volte ed ho sempre trovato gente cordiale quindi se dovete trascorrere le vostre vacanze andate in altre strutture
