Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, all clean and well stocked. Great restaurant other than it opens too late for breakfast. Will stay again. Only downside is very limited on English speakers.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the lovely property and great restaurant. However this time the pool was very cloudy and water not very inviting. They also were not able to arrange transportation to the airport for us. Gave us a flyer on a town car rental. If you don't speak much Spanish, this is difficult to navigate.

A magical environment. So serene and beautiful. The grounds are impeccably clean, trees and lawn manicured perfectly. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. Meals and drinks at the La Frida restaurant delicious! The room was lovely, and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. Wishing we could have stayed longer, however left us with a memory we will treasure 😊

Hidden gem
A hidden gem. Beautiful small hotel very close to the industrial area. Bedrooms are comfortable, outdoor area for a morning walk and great gym.

Great hotel in general, but for such an expensive hotel it was disappointing that the two outdoor jacuzzis were not working. We had to point this out to the staff who were unaware of the issue. It was not fixed whilst we were there, nor where we given an appology, which was unfortunate.

Fabulous Resort located in an industrial park area next to airport. This hidden gem has everything you need for unwinding after travel, work or even a weekend getaway. The property has a great outdoor pool, fabulous spa and wellness center. It has expansive gardens for a walk. Although located by the industrial park & airport you do not hear work or plane noise. It offers a great dining experience with delicious meal offerings. The spa offers a wonderful experience. The staff is great, giving high quality service.

A brand-new stylish hotel. Beautiful design, great service and nice grounds. Also conveniently located near the Guanajuato airport, yet tucked away. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.
