As i was already informed the hotel about our late check in, but nothing was well arranged that to be on 5th floor room without lift facility. That's very disappointed me.

Lift is not working, ac is not working, electric catle is also not working, morning tea is not abhilabre before 7. 30 am, i am not getting hotel bill also

Location and food was ok, but the rooms provided was worst i have ever stayed in any hotel. Bathroom flush was not working and bed sheets were dirty.
