Convenient location, stay. Clean toilet, room. Excellent staff behavior & service. Only problem is with ac & no lift facility.

Tv and ac were not in good condition. Very average room. Location was good. No extra amenities. Bed was ok ok.

In-spite of the hotel being a pet friendly one they charged extra money for my pet which was nowhere mentioned in mmt. 90% of the food showed on the menu was not available. Food quality was very bad. There was a stinking smell in the toilet and the main entrance. Overall a pathetic experience.

We stayed at the superior triple room for an overnight stay at sabera. The room is very spacious with all the required amenities. The food is good and the service is also very good at reasonable price. We needed a ride at early morning and the staff was helpful in arranging the same. The plus is the location, which is very near to hong kong market. We loved it overall and now have become our preferred stay at siliguri.

Staff members were well-trained to handle the guests in a more hospitable manner. Room service was good and they were available until late night. Overall the stay was comfortable and hospitable.

Triple bed room was good while the other room is too small. Not feasible for triple occupancy. Rooms even don’t have any windows

The room and exterior are okk but it was costly as per non ac room in the same location. Because good clean non ac rooms at siliguri available of rs 700-800

This hotel literally gave us a free upgrade, it was so pretty. The management, staff, everyone was so well behaved, wow. Third time stay at this hotel and tbh, i never got disappointed. I actually would recommend this hotel to all the people since it's located so close to the market too.
