Hotel Sinclairs has a charm of its own. I have visited this hotel since my childhood. Rooms are decent. Staffs are extremely cordial. Food is excellent. The housekeeping at the hotel is efficient. Cheese Omlet and Roast chicken are delicious.

Food was very good. we ordered for a less spicy food and accordingly they have prepared all the items with lesser amount of spices. So food was easily consumed by my small daughter also .Ratna served very well . She took utmost care to serve hot food on time.excellent service.

The staff members Pooja Gautam and laali was very nice and helpful❤️…..the food was also very nice 👌🏻 …..room was well maintained and cleanliness was also on point…..the staff also look forward in helping the guest open heartedly….the overall experience was very 😊

The service was really exceptional. Pooja took utmost care of us and was very courteous. Although the Bhatti Ka Kukkad was not to my taste, rest of the food was delectable. I would recommend The Palm to anyone visiting Siliguri, make sure to ask about the buffet or what is the best dish to offer. Have fun!

Cleaned room and decent bed - quite accommodative staff - they were helpful and on duty including for the graveyard shift and could suggest local insights on getting to and from the city including average pricing apps active in the region for commute.

We stayed with the family in the hotel. The service was excellent, the catering and hospitality was over par. Special shout out to gautam sha and other hotel staff who made our stay superbly enjoyable and accomodative..................😊❤️

Well organized this one of the oldest hotels in Siliguri. Reception, service personnel, dining room all are in good shape. Food quality was good and tasty. During dinner and breakfast attending personnel were very humble and cooperative. We were comfortable during our stay at Sinclair, Siliguri
