Motel 6 Silver City, NM

I’ve stayed there many times. I like it. This time , the clerk asked for 200 dollar CASH deposit. Say what? I’ve NEVER had to do that before

Run...don't walk, away from this place. Really loud noises and acrid odors in the middle of the night. Complacent staff. I couldn't get out of there fast enough in the morning. I'm used to staying in "budget" motels and tolerant to the substandard but there was something nefarious going on in this place.

Faucet leaking all night. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly,had to keep using a plunger. Wife woke up with insect bite.

No hot water i repeat cold water shower 40 degrees outside

I'm still currently staying here! It has been quite comfortable!! The staff have been super helpful and understanding and really have gone above and beyond to accommodate my son and me!

Well, I arrived & went to the front desk showed them my itinerary # & they had no record of booking. I ended up paying regular price for a room with two king size beds, 1 light that was working where the beds were at one bed, the main light just inside the door had to bulb in it & no microwave or refrigerator like the pictures on their website showed. It was noisy & wasn't that clean. But you get what you pay for. Motel 6 has gone to the dogs. The only good thing was the Internet.

Property is run down, we rented two rooms for the family, toilet was clogged on room 111. The TV was not working on room 112. Property carpet was not clean. Had to cut our stay short due this.
