Hotel bello magari da modernizzare un po’, buona la pensione completa ma bisognerebbe aggiungere l acqua nel prezzo altrimenti non ha senso la pensione completa. Comoda la spiaggia attaccata al hotel, staff e personale sempre gentile ed educato in particolare Fabio al bar professionale e super gentile anche con le mie bambine

Ottima esperienza, con la formula villaggio. Ho trascorso una settimana in famiglia e sono rimasto entusiasta di ogni aspetto del soggiorno. Posizione ottima, mare a due passi e piscina piccolina ma super pulita e accogliente. La parte prettamente "hotel" è degna di un 4 stelle: cibo ottimo, servizio ai tavoli di alto livello, camera nuovissima, pulita e con tutto quanto necessario per una esperienza senza sorprese. Anche i servizi per bimbi (culla con kit di benvenuto e doppia sponda per il terzo letto) tutti ottimi. Il balcone abitabile vista mare è una chicca! Una nota sul personale: sia in reception che in sala ristorante ho trovato una professionalità ma soprattutto una cortesia che poche strutture possono vantare. Piccolissimi dettagli potrebbero essere sistemati (ma poca roba) tipo: le bevande ai pasti tutte a pagamento (uff...) ed il relativo dettaglio al momento del saldo che non è per niente chiaro, le biciclette un attimo da rivedere nelle dotazioni (seggiolini) e l'animazione (formula villaggio) che nonostante fosse Alpitour è stata un po' scarna. Ad ogni modo, esperienza TOP da ripetere

Per famiglie molto bene tutti a disposizione e molto gentili x qualsiasi cosa .. animazione non toppo invadente ottimo il lavoro di Roberto! Molto male x gli ascensori che negli orari di punta era un disastro, nel nostro caso che eravamo alloggiati al quinto piano vedevamo sempre salire l ascensore fino al 12 x poi arrivare pieno nel 5 e quindi x diverse volte richiamare altri ascensori e tempi di attesa x scendere o salire sempre dai 10 minuti in su.. poi molto male l accoglienza del bar hotel la sera sembrava che erano obbligati a lavorare poi x tenere 2 biberon delle mie bimbe nel loro frigo me l hanno negato e solo grazie alla reception sono riuscito a risolvere nel loro frigo. Per il resto tutto ok anche se cambierei la pensione completa e aggiungerei le bevande incluse visto che ci sono già costi extra tra summer card e tassa di soggiorno..
